I'd avoid if possible. The battery arrived but didn't last any length of time. I sent it back at a cost to myself and its replacement never arrived. They promised a refund that never came. I'm £70 lighter and now no battery to show for it.

Not only they were slow with the shipping, they also sent me a dead battery. I sent them a support ticket that has been unanswered for almost 2 months now. I also sent them an email about the dead battery and I sent it both to Battery Upgrade and their parent company Braun Oni. The email to Braun Oni couldn't be delivered because they don't accept any emails and Battery Upgrade never responded. Shortly after their website stopped working, it jsut displays a blank white page and the site with the support tickets is completely broken. I also have a feeling that they sold my phone number because I've been recieving scam calls mostly from Netherlands (where Battery Upgrade is based). Sometimes even 5 calls a day, immediately one after another. My experience was and still is a nightmare...

I ordered a battery last November (2024), it still hasn’t arrived and they’re ignoring me. I would not touch this company with a barge pole.

I Purchased 2 battery packs in November. When they eventually arrived they had the wrong connections. I contacted BatteryUpgrade & after a lengthy online conversation they eventually agreed to a refund if I return them to the Netherland's. I retuned them immediately tracked & signed for. Unfortunately customs rejected them as they didn't allow battery packs. I have tried contacting Batterupgrade since to resolve and they are ignoring me. I am out of pocket £86.23.

This company has great expertise in harming customers. I ordered a new laptop battery 3 months ago, which I still haven't received. They sent me a worn out piece of junk that doesn't work at all. The battery was €58. I had to send it back to the Netherlands. The cheapest delivery was €20. They did not refund the cost of shipping or the price of the battery. They sent me another battery, also used and junk like the first one, this one doesn't work either. Not only money, but several hours of my work were wasted for nothing. Beware of them!

I got a different battery than the one I ordered, so it doesn't fit my computer. It doesn't look like the battery I ordered at all. I want to send it back but now I have to log in to their website. It doesn't work and asks for a new code but that link doesn't work either. Their Danish website where I ordered the battery doesn't work either.
Really long delivery time!!!
But what's the point when the battery wasn't what I ordered.
Can't get a hold of the company because their website doesn't work.
So I must strongly warn against shopping with them, it only causes problems and frustrations and your money is wasted.
Will NEVER shop there again.

The transaction went smoothly, good price. I am satisfied. The only problem is with the battery which charges only to 81%.

They had what I was looking for,there were no problems, efficient delivery. And I will buy from here in the future.

Batteries didn’t work. Company ignored my email when I reported the problem. When I tried to visit their website today it’s not there any more! Avoid them at all costs.

A day has passed since the purchase, I paid for the product, and there is still no confirmation of shipment or any information regarding the order.
There is no contact with the company, and the funds have been transferred to their account.
The feedback option on the website is not working.
They are not responding to emails.

Ive ordered batteries for.my dolls house lights for years.fron this site. to date.ive always.been very satisfied with the batteries. You do need.to order a few weeks in advance as from ordering to delivery can be slow.

Couldn't source the batteries I needed anywhere local .the only place they were available apart from on amazon at ridiculous prices was batteryUpgrade . Order took slightly longer than anticipated to arrive but then again we're all spoilt by next day delivery's . Apart from that first world whinge I'm delighted with the product and service.

Supplier sent a non functioning robot hoover battery. It took over a month to receive it.
The battery is a heavy duty battery, or was supposed to be! The battery worked once, then the 2nd time for 10 or 15 minutes. The battery and hoover were checked by an electrician and the fault is with the battery. A new battery purchased elsewhere for the robot hoover works fine.
This particular company not only ignore emails, but ignored Paypal emails about the battery not functioning. Paypal refuse to pay out when the sale goes wrong! The company state they agree to a partial refund to paypal, but have not provided the refund back to my account.
This company have websites for BatteryUpgrade UK, Battery Upgrade.com, but the payments are removed from BraunOni from the Netherlands, and a most dishonest company!
Buyers beware as the trail is difficult to follow from their various company names and addresses, and removing payment as a different company name to advertised, Braunoni. Braunoni take the payments. The police in Scotland have been alerted to their fraud and a crime number supplied. I do hope these thieves are caught and stopped!

Prompt delivery and battery quality was as expected.

Closed my Paypal case, despite me sending the item back tracked. They are con men! Making out like they are based in the UK, when they arent. And saying batteries will fit items, when they dont!
