As a loyal customer I was a bit taken aback when I noticed the overall rating. My first battery from Triple Battery has been completely reliable – no problems whatsoever.
I'm a remodeling contractor with different battery suppliers around the globe, and after using Amazon's replacement batteries, I've found them all to be very reliable!

Disreputable
I ordered the Black & Decker HPB18 batteries and received batteries that fit none of my devices. I went through the process of affirming part numbers, emailing photos to the Company, etc. Their refund and return policy is so onerous that the cost and time exceed the value of a workable product.

Received these batteries and they fit and charged up on my Dewalt with no problems
Received these batteries and they fit and charged up on my Dewalt with no problems. Have use one of them briefly and it worked fine. The real test will be a future construction product which will tell how long they last. If I am disappointed I will make a supplemental review. One note, they are slightly larger and heavier than the originals.
