Royal Palm store is efficient and professional. Met with Bud who helped me with a key fob battery issue. He was pleasant and took care of me expediently.

THEIR WARRANTIES ARE A COMPLETE SCAM
THEIR WARRANTIES ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. I purchased a top of the line Duracell that they lied about having a 36-month warranty. When it went dead and would not take a charge, they would not warranty it because "it is dead and will not take a charge." Silly me, I thought that was what the warranty was for. It I had bought the same battery at Costco, Walmart or anywhere else, it would not have been a problem.
Batteries Plus is a business with ZERO integrity.
Bought a battery 2 months ago
Bought a battery 2 months ago, the guy at the store said he filled and charged it.
Put it on my bike did well for approximately 2 months.Went out to start bike it was dead.Put it on a charger and after 8 hours it would not take a charge.Took it to an autoparts store, they tested it and IMMEDIATELY SAID IT WAS A BAD BATTERY.
Went back to Battery plus and the person running the counter was rude to me and the other customer in the store. He tested the battery and said it was very low on voltage.Of course it is thats why I brought it in.
He did not have a replacement but said I could buy a different battery for $189.
Why, my battery is under warranty
Then he wanted me to leave my battery for up to 48 hour????
I cannot go that long without my vehicle just for a bad battery. He told me two other stores that had the battery so I went to one.
The guy was also rude and smelled like he had just finished smoking pot.
He wanted to keep my battery for 24 hours and then said hewould not warranty my battery because it was low on voltage. Both stores admitted battery was not putting out the designated voltage. This is only a 2 month old battery and no damage or neglect caused by me.
He wa
Do not trust them with your watch.
Do not trust them with your watches. I had a good experience at the Fort Collins, CO location and bought a lifetime battery replacement plan for my Stührling Depthmaster. When I took the watch to the Ankney location to have the battery replacement done, the technician struggled visibly before taking the watch to the back room. The process took considerably longer than I anticipated from previous experience and I was behind schedule, so I departed without setting the watch. When I went to set the time about 20 minutes later, I realized that the full mechanism was loose in the housing and shifted around when the adjustment dial was loosened. Also, the back of the watch remained loose. I wore the watch through the evening for an event (Saturday). On the following Monday, I called to notify Batteries Plus of the issue. The manager verbally declined to accept liability or acknowledge that there was an issue. I then took the watch to a local (to me) jeweler in Ames, who said that the technician in the previous repair failed to put a plastic bracket back in the watch, which allowed the mechanism to move around in the housing. I called Batteries Plus back and notified them of the assessment, asking them to return the plastic piece. On this call, I am confident that I spoke to the technician who did the original repair (the tech's speech pattern has a distinct [r] to [w] consonant shift that I recognized over the phone). The tech was unable to account for the part that was not put back in my watch, however there was one piece that *might* be correct—though he said it was likely too old. (This implicit knowledge of the age of my watch further confirmed I was talking to the same employee.) The tech claimed to have made no error, then transferred my call to the manager, with whom I had spoken in my first call (which, full disclosure, had ended with me thanking them for at least being an honest asshat). In this second conversation, the manager maintained highly litigious language and declined reasonable requests, including my request that he email a picture of the unrecognized extra part the *might have* come from my watch, or even setting it aside to make sure nothing happened to it before I could take a look. After a total of 12 minutes of outright denials of liability and declining accommodations that could save me driving 35 minutes each way to check on the mystery part, the manager hung up on me. When I attempted to call back, my call went unanswered and there was no option to leave a voicemail. They have probably thrown the part away by now, so I will not be making the drive down.
Overall, the technician was friendly but sloppy, the manager was unaccommodating and quietly disdainful, and I had a moment of weakness in calling them names the first time. So, you win, Batteries Plus. Enjoy throwing away a worthless 30 cent piece of plastic and I will seethe with quiet resentment watching the mechanism shake around in my $160 watch.
I purchased a 36-month AGM battery for…
I purchased a 36-month AGM battery for my Yamaha WaveRunner from Batteries Plus in North Forsyth (Cumm*ing), GA. After just 20 months, the battery would no longer hold a charge—despite being properly maintained on a NOCO Genius trickle charger. I was surprised and disappointed when the store denied a warranty replacement, citing technical language that felt more like an excuse than a legitimate reason. Given the higher price point of their products, I expected better support. I recommend exercising caution when purchasing here, especially if you value a warranty that is honored without hassle.
To get my i phone battery repair after…

Battery doesn’t hold charge
They were kind and helpful, but unfortunately, I did not realize it was not an Apple brand I phone battery. I replaced my 12 mini battery bc it was showing decreased battery life and only lasted 12 hours. Now this “new”battery only lasts 6 hours when not in use. And of course my phone won’t recognize it to tell me battery health. Def not 100%. All background updates off, Siri off, low brightness, etc. Big mistake. 6 month warranty useless since doesn’t work already, and now to trade in for a new phone, I have a knock off battery.
they do not honor their warranties they…
they do not honor their warranties they say it is dead because of neglect or misuse. I now see a lot of reviews with the same comments. I bought what I thought was going to be a good battery for my boat with a 4 year warranty little did I know they are ripping off the public
was there to replace the battery in my…lap top
was there to replace the battery in my Dell Lap top, A latitude. I got the battery installed promptly in less time than they gave me, 1 hr they said. I took the lap top home and plugged it in to recharge the battery. After a few hrs of charging it showed zero charge! I got on line and checked battery issues.
I ended up taking the laptop apart and taking the battery out after watching a You Tube video... it was easy... took the batter out, reinstalled it and made sure all was connected properly... it started charging again and showed the power cord in the Bios.
Cost was 150.00! The betteries go for 25-30 dollars on line... I should have just ordered a battery for it and installed it myself and saved over 100.00 dollars! Talk about a rip off! I doubt I will go back there for anything as the prices are outrageous. Then I had to disassemble my laptop at home to fix what they were supposed to have fixed for 150.00!
Batteries Plus no Customer Service
Update on Batteries Plus I've probably called and emailed 20 times. I am in customer service myself and this is NOT acceptable!
DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DON’T…
DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DON’T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! I purchased 1 of there most expensive battery suggested by them for my boat and it has a 48 month free replacement. After 2 years it quit charging. I returned it for the replacement and they told me they couldn’t cover it because these batteries don’t break that I must of done something wrong
BATTERIES PLUS WARRANTY IS A SCAM
BATTERIES PLUS WARRANTY IS A SCAM. They say your battery is warranted for two years but when you bring it back in 9 months dead they refuse to replace it because it’s too dead and it must be user abuse. Of course they don’t tell you of this “policy” when you are purchasing their overpriced battery thinking it has a two year warranty. Go to Auto Zone, Walmart or Interstate Battery instead, they all honor their warranty.

Says every store has stock of certain battery, and they never, ever do in store. Its stupid, and the shipping times are awful.

I got my iPhone battery replaced at the JohnsonCity store witch is fine. The clearly insisted the needed my password to test it. A couple of weeks later a purchase was made at the Apple Store for 250.00$ when I investigated they would not reverse the charges claiming it was made from my phone Coincidence. I don’t think so beware and don’t give your pass word. Another attempt was made a few weeks later for 145$
Extremely Poor Customer Service
I purchased a X2 SLI48AGMDP Battery for my 2018 Acura TLX 2 years ago and it failed on December 23rd, 2024. I took it back to the local store and the manager [KG, 757-548-5800] told me that they would test it. I was told a few days later it tested fine. It just left me stranded again on Feb 3rd, 2025. This time I tested the battery when I removed it from the car, and it read 11.9vdc. A couple of days later at the store it only read 6.1vdc [obviously an internal short]. Well, I called back today [they couldn't be bothered to call me] and was told that the Battery was charged up and tests just fine. I will be picking it up to turn into NAPA as a Core as they do offer excellent customer service.
They will say your battery has a…
They will say your battery has a warranty, but when push comes to shove, it doesn’t. They will not stand behind their products, even as expensive as they are. They told me to call customer service to get help with my problem after it wasn’t resolved—a battery in warranty that keeps dying—and were just as dismissive on the phone as they were in person. My battery has died since I got it and they don’t seem to care. They “tested” it, said it was fine, and it still died when I put it back in my car. They wanted to keep my battery even longer than the two days it was already there. Are you kidding?

Been buying car batteries for many years however they refused to replace my last two batteries under warranty. Seems to me they are going out of of there way to weasel out of there end of the bargain. Time for me to move on
We went to the Batteries & Bulbs store…
We went to the Batteries & Bulbs store at 4450 FL-7, Coconut Creek, FL 33073 on November 1, 2024. When we got there, we were greeted by a completely rude and arrogant attendant. It's definitely not our fault that she didn't study enough and didn't have a better opportunity in life and became an attendant. We just asked her for details about the product because she works there. If she doesn't like her job, then don't work there. Acting like a monkey is not recommended for the company. She couldn't even be a prostitute, because a prostitute has to be polite and attractive. We came a very long way to get to this store. We wanted information about a product, but we were going to buy 1,200 units. It seems like you don't care, but just out of curiosity, how do you allow someone to work like that? What is the advantage of having an attendant like this?
Lost website price and 18% discount.
Advertised 18% and got text code way after ordering. When I got to store mobile website was not working on my phone or wifes phone after already canceling original order. Lost website price and 18% discount.
Had to ask Laurel Md store for a three-point check as advertised on there website. Was told that tec had already started work on the vehicle and therefore could NOT do a check, but after arguing, they did a ckeck.
Batteries Plus NEVER again.

I had a great experience at the Avon Indiana location. Customer service was great! Very friendly and helpful associates. They helped me with exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend this store to friends and family.

They don’t use genuine Apple products for their repairs. I got my battery replaced here and now the battery life is even worse than it was before. Paid $80 to make my phone worthless, as Apple won’t touch a phone that’s had a third party work on it.
