That is a failure in our system, and we are working to immediately pause those automated emails when an order is flagged for a critical logistics issue.

📦 Explanation for Non-Delivery
Upon reviewing your specific order shipping to Malta, we found that the package was unfortunately rejected and returned by Maltese Customs due to the extremely strict import regulations regarding items containing batteries (which are classified as Dangerous Goods).

Malta has some of the most stringent regulations in the EU for shipping battery products. These regulations often require specialized, expensive freight and documentation that standard international courier services cannot meet. This resulted in your item being halted and returned to us by the customs authorities and the carrier.
