This is my family's fourth car journey…
This is my family's fourth car journey with BA transfers. The 6 seaters we have traveled in have always been super clean and very comfortable and the driver has always arrived promptly and driven well to get us to our destinations. There has been water offered to us in the car and they've never forgotten the child's seat. The drivers have been really friendly and courteous and known when to chat and when to let us be. We will definitely keep using this service for all our U.K. trips.

A prompt and efficient service
I made a booking some months ago when I booked the holiday, on the basis that I had used batransfer before.
When I arrived at London Gatwick I received a phone call from the driver to say he was on his way and would be there shortly. By the time I had walked into the terminal after getting my cases, the driver was there within a couple of minutes.
We quickly transferred to the car, and went on our way.
The driver was very chatty and helpful, and I arrived at my destination as expected.
I will be using batransfer again.

Booking the shuttle via the internet is very convenient. The information with the price is given immediately. The price is relatively cheap compared to others. The service is perfect, the adherence to the schedule and the kindness of the driver are wonderful.
