Batopin's service is not trustworthy…

Batopin's service is not trustworthy because you can't be sure if the machines are working. Currently, at Easter, for example, money is debited/reserved, which is not paid out at the machine. And, of course, neither the bank nor Batopin can be reached. So you have to wait until after the holidays to claim your money back or until it is available again. The banks want to save money through Batopin, but still charge the same account fees without added value for the customer. On the contrary, you have more trouble than in all the years before.
