We were well looked after by the store…

We were well looked after by the store manager who was very knowledgeable and helped us with our choices. He went out of his way to find what we needed.
The products we purchase were of a good quality and very competitively priced.
We will be back in store again soon.

New shower bath looks great but...

New shower bath looks great, all delivered on time and as expected. However, incorrect part supplied for shower screen. No response to emails or calls, seemingly impossible to contact customer services.

I recently ordered a sliding shower…

I recently ordered a sliding shower door which duly arrived unfortunately it was not possible to assemble it because holes in the glass doors were wrongly positioned. The customer services, however, could not have been more helpful and the problem was sorted to my entire satisfaction. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

People make the business - Service is the key

Michael initiated the call to our company. We placed an order and when we had a problem he went the extra mile to resolve it. Point is, we all in business from time to time have problems, the way you deal with them is what sets good companies apart from bad ones. We are pleased with the service so far. We now have a new order to place with them

Cautionary Tale

I had two orders from this company and had been pleased with both the product and the deliveries until the second item had a small part missing. I phoned customers services, spoke to a very polite person who assured me she would sort it out, she did ask if I could send a photo (there should have been two of this part) of the missing item via e-mail. This I did and received an automated response with a 72 hour time slot for a proper response. EIGHT working days later, no response so I sent a follow up e-mail which 'Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, the recipient's email system refused to accept a connection from your email system' I assume it has been 'blocked'. Needless to say I will NOT be using them again and would urge caution to anyone thinking of doing so. EDIT REPLY:
You had my original phone call which I was promised the matter would be attended to, the first email (which was delivered) contained a photo for refernce of the correct part. You never responded and the email that was rejected was me asking why you hadn't.

Nothing premium about it.

I paid for premium delivery and received a text and an email on the day of delivery. Based on this information my fitter waited in for the item as this was the last job to do. At 3.30pm still no delivery, I phoned up to find that it had been loaded onto the system but an incompetent member of staff hadn't physically loaded it onto the van. I therefore had to pay my fitter extra to come back the next day. As this was in the 1-2 days of delivery they say they have fulfilled there obligation and have washed their hands of the matter and refused any delivery fee refund for the inconvenience and expense caused to myself and the fitter. Absolute crap customer service. Won't be buying anything from them again.
