As with other reviewers, the customer service is non existent. Ordered a shower valve, never arrived. They didn’t respond to any messages. Had to obtain a refund from PayPal who were excellent!
Only wish I had seen the reviews on this company before I ordered from them. As already stated by other customers, they don't answer the phone, and so far havn't reponded to any email communication. I wonder whether I will receive the items ordere, or if court action may be needed to get a refund. They also trade under the names showers-direct2u and Aqualisashowers-direct. Would simply say avoid this company, they are not interested in you, other than taking your money.
I need to return a part that was not needed within the 2 week distance sales period, Bathroom Technology.co.uk have not replied to two emails or two voice messages over a week. They never answer their phone. Their website says you must have a returns ref number and returns address to return products, so basically they make it so that it is impossible to get your money back. This company is a scam.
placed an order and charged extra 7.45 for next day delivery.Two weeks later still nothing.Told part is difficult to get.Ordered elsewhere and recieved in 24hrs.

I ordered a Bathroom Basin on 20/01/2017 money £153 taken immediately. There Tel No is an answer machine with no response to enquire's on delivery dates. E-mails on deliveries go unanswered. Only posting a BAD review on Trust Pilot did I get a response from the company. Eventually cancelled my order and received my money back. Be warned!.

Unfortunately this customer is dissapointed that no one including the manufacturer has stock of the new product he requires until the end of February. In the circumstances he has chosen to cancel the order.
