Unable to leave zero stars or I would have AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
On 8th March 2024, I ordered a basin and pedestal online as the item showed as in stock. I called the following day to enquire about delivery and the man I spoke to told me that they could not check stock as they did not have warehouse staff on a Saturday. They somehow still managed to email me on that day to say that the item was out of stock and discontinued, and that they would issue a refund. I queried the status of my refund on 12th March as I could not see any evidence of it on my credit card app, to be told that it had already been issued and that out would take 3 to 5 days to process. I emailed again on 21st March to tell them to refund my payment immediately as it still had not been received and that I would be taking appropriate action against them if I did not receive my refund immediately. I received no reply to this email within 24hrs so I contacted my credit card company. They assured me that no refund had been initiated and to contact the company one last time before taking further action. My credit card company said that this is likely a sham company taking peoples money and utilising it before paying out any chargebacks.
Please do not be suckered in by this company. Reading other reviews (which I should have done before I ordered) it looks like they are just a hustle with no actual products that are available.

Ordered a mixer tap, no email confirmation of order after three days, after chasing up was told the item is discontinued. I have asked three times for my refund without success so far. AVOID THIS COMPANY. If I don’t get a refund soon I will have to take legal action against them.

Just tried to order an expensive towel rail but decided to ring first to check delivery options. Firstly the woman couldn't understand me because she was foreign ( I don't have an accent), then she informs me the product's not in stock for two months. The checkout was going to take my payment whilst stating delivery was 2-4 days. Disgraceful.

my fault in not reading reviews before paying. 2 weeks and no responses except for telling me over the phone "we never said we had it in stock"

Avoid, avoid, avoid

I dont think this company is UK based despite a UK address on their website. ten days after ordering, order did not appear. I called, waited ages, to be told the item was "out of stock" and would not ber available for at least another three weeks. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to request this in a response to an e mail they would send me. Their e mail has not appeared yet. I think the low prices are their to draw you in to what becomes a buyers problem situation. I would not use again. Pay more to a reputable British based supplier.

Trying to cancel an order is painful. I ordered a product that was in stock the status said shipped when I call them up after 10 days they said the item was out of stock. They then make the process to cancel an order one by email but they do not reply to emails.

Completely useless company AVOID. Item listed as in stock, have chased repeatedly - takes about 5 emails for them to actually reply and when they do they give no delivery dates or confirmations of what is going on. Wouldn't ever use again.

Placed an order showing 2-3 delivery for a shower screen. 10+ days later I chased up by phone..no answer (in fact do they EVER pick up ?) Sent a shirty email only to be told that the item was no longer in production. So OK a week wasted there straight away. It took me emailing for them to tell me ?
I found an alternative product on their store and have emailed and rang numerous times over the past week to inquire about its stock this time each to NO response . The phone rings and rings and rings and rings .......... but have given up now.
TRULY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
I am so glad I didn't go with them, what a joke.
They said they will refund the payment, but I am now worried that is not going to happen, but hopefully that will be an unfounded worry, time will tell.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Scammers, not based in the UK. Paid for the shower tray, and then was sent an email, demanding more money to send it. Will report to trading standards.

Prompt, efficient service and delivery. The item arrived well-packaged and secure.

Shocking customer service & def not uk based.

I called & checked my product was in stock before ordering & spoke to a sales advisor.

I then ordered said product on a four day deliver max. I chased on delivery because my account stated shipped.

Nothing has been shipped & the product is not in stock!!!

I am now trying to organise with customer services, who appear incompetent, to cancel. I need to email for a cancellation whilst being on the phone to a customer service advisor.

A shocking online shopping experience. Scripted responses from customer services. Thank god for paypal & their dispute options.

Truly appalling. I ordered a shower surround and paid extra for next day delivery. The item arrived incomplete, missing the top and bottom runners. The call centre was closed despite showing as open on their website. A total of 20+ emails and phone calls were needed to arrange a return and replacement. Refund took three weeks to be processed and this only happened when a charge-back was initiated via my credit card. No less than four promises of a call-back were broken and no response to complaint email ever received. I cannot convey how angry and disappointed I have been dealing with Bathroom 365.

Despite a longer delivery date than stated we are very pleased with our purchase of shower screen. Lovely, courteous staff and delivery courier all very professional. Would certainly recommend.

Product very good. However delivery man not helpful. Not allowed in the property so would not help in locating the box in the appropriate room

Product as described, reasonable price, arrived on time.
