Item arrived faulty Friday on Monday requested a refund or exchange.
A poor E retailer in breach of contract that sells items unfit for purpose.

The site said, full refund if not happy for ANY reason with in 14 days.
Seller said, but as its faulty, (its exactly as it arrived) we would have to wait until inspected my manufacture before another could be sent.
With such delay we went elsewhere. Item eventually collected in exactly the same condition as sent (boxed looks as new) however now it classed as 'unsaleable' by the seller because its faulty! but its as it arrived.
It took 10 days for item to be collected, 17 days after collection no response, seller then said they need to inspect, a further 7 days.
Very poor service go elsewhere don't waste your time and effort.

I have purchased a number of items from bathroom hunter now and I am always amazed by the quality! Emails are replied to promptly and I have not been the easiest of customers! Having no clue about bathroom products (who knew there were so many toilets in the world?!) the staff were extremely patient and helpful. They don't have a telephone number to speak of but this wasn't an issue for me as my emails were answered quickly and were more than helpful. Would definitely recommend this company and their products, I wouldn't hesitate to use them the next time I need to renovate my bathrooms!

Bathroom Hunter offer Niku Bathroom products which are to be avoided.
I had the misfortune to purchase a Niku Bathrooms Sphere Thermostatic Bath Shower Mixer which cracked in just over 12 months. Supposedly their products are covered by a 20 year guarantee but on contacting Niku through their website (as there is no phone number) I received no replies.
Although they have an impressive website it transpires that Niku Bathrooms was dissolved in 2011!
Bathroom Hunter weren’t interested in any warranty either so I had to purchase a replacement part at an inflated price which also had the same failure in 12 months
If you have any problems with Niku no point in complaining really as it seems Niku Bathrooms was owned by [Name] who is also a director of Bathroom Hunter.
Just so you know [Name] is also a director of [External Reference] who are based at the same address as Bathroom Hunter so maybe you shouldn’t expect any guarantees honoured there either. Don’t be fooled by the Cambridge phone number they are both in Northampton.

I've been ordering many bathroom items from various companies these last few days in order to refurbish my bathroom, I have to say Bathroomhunter is the best one so far, their items are ideed in stock and got to me the day after my order!

I have used bathroom hunter on 5 separate projects so far this year and am always amazed at how helpful and accommodating they are. On one occasion I wanted to 'mix and match' a shower head and valve and after a quick phone call they put the items together and listed it on their website to enable me to purchase it immediately with next day delivery.

Their after sales service is also first class. My plumber had lost a fitting for one of the shower risers and they worked out what it was and sent a replacement out which arrived 2 days later.

I manage a large portfolio of rented properties that are always undergoing refurbishment and will always go to Bathroom Hunter first.

Bathroom hunter supplied the majority of our new bathroom, fitted last Autumn. I was always able to e-mail or phone and get helpful, specific advice to make sure we had the right kit installed. Delivery was fast and very flexible - even when our fitter erroneously turned a delivery away, it was re-delivered with minimal hassle at a convenient time.

The return of a slightly scratched item to a manufacturer was also handled very well, with full support and no quibbles on ensuring the quality was perfect.

This was the first bathroom I've had fitted, so I can't compare to lots of other suppliers, but the experience with Bathroom Hunter was very good.

This was by far the best bathroom company I have used in our time as a bathroom fitter. The products were exceptional, the prices the best online but the best part was the delivery. From the order confirmation to the delivery, we were kept brilliantly informed all the way. If you need a new bathroom or mixer shower then this is the best.

As the title says, I would most, certainly use these guys again. My emails were answered rapidly and were very helpful. Not like the generic emails most company's send out as a response.
