Goods delivered were faulty (cistermiser Combi dosing system). The casing would not over the dosing system and remain on. The dosinmg system would only work, activating water flow throught he unit when the outer casing is fitted. I had two outer casings delivered, presumably because this is a known fault. Neither would remain affix. I consequently rivetted two brackets to the outer casing and fastened this to the wall to anchor the outer casing. Now the unit works with no probs. I have even notified the manufacturers of this fault, but they have not responded to my email.

You know that for some time now my wife has been nagging me about the leaky taps
and for peace and quiet I went on the internet and came up with Bathroom2U who had
the taps that would complement the basins.I ordered them and within 4 days they arrived.I signed for them :unexamined: On opening them I found one of them was damaged. The company replaced it within 4 days.I would recommend them to any
of my friends.

I would use Bathroom2u.com again despite once the order had been placed I was then informed it was out of stock. However, they kept me informed of progress, set my expectations and offered a refund. The product turned up on the date initially communicated, overall a good experience.

Found exactly the item I wanted at a far better price than elsewhere. Delivery was very quick, well within the given time. One niggle - despatch notice came after the item was delivered. That tells you how fast the delivery was, but it would have saved me worrying to know the item was on its way.

Easy to use web site to enable selection of taps. Ordering system worked and delivery very prompt. Items arrived on time and well packaged.

Wigan showroom had a very wide selection of suites to choose from and it was great to be able to pick suite, tiles taps and accessories all under the same roof. Staff there were helpful but not pushy and the delivery went smoothly. Good quality at affordable prices.

I phoned with a enquirey about a product and they rang back with all the information very quickly,nothing was too much trouble even before placing the order.The producte arrived the next day after the carrier emailing me with a one hour time slot and arriving on time!Would recommend the company highly.

The delivery ended up coming in two parts though!
