I love this place - great range of Bass guitars - very knowledgeable staff - that ask all the right questions and offer great advice. I'm a very average player - but they understood what I needed and helped me pick the right equipment - I'm old and don't understand the new tech - but they talked me through it - and saved me some coin -

So to update, I worked out that they sent me the club bass in a verithin bass case so I pointed this out to them to still give them the opportunity to rectify their mistake and rather than do that they sent me a photo showing a verithin bass does not fit in a club bass case. Duh, that’s simply backing up my point that they sent the wrong case. This was such a passive aggressive approach and simply illustrated your mistake.
I have sent photos back to clarify but at this stage I don’t expect them to rectify the situation. Go shop at Mannys or somewhere else, avoid these guys.

Seemed to not address a supply concern, not the first time I’ve had issues with this store. Regret making multiple purchases with these guys over the years, never again

Recently purchased a Fender bass guitar clip on tuner & had some work done on both my Rickenbacker & Hofner bass guitars. The staff at the bass centre are friendly and knowledgeable & I always get a warm welcome when I go in.
The quality of their gear is awesome as too is their prices. They are very quick to process online orders & are prompt in getting them out to you.
They have a very high standard of customer service & are easy to deal with.
Their bass tech Luke always takes the time to go through the technical side of a bass set up & is very patient with any questions I ask.
I wouldn't take my basses any place else. Five star overall great business, one of Melbourne's finest.

This was the first time I have bought a guitar (a bass this time) online. I did my research and narrowed down to a few bass guitars. I called Bass Centre, had a very helpful discussion with Dave, and I made a choice. There remained the issue that I had not seen nor played the bass, and I had never done this before. The reviews of the bass and of Bass Centre online were excellent, and I placed an order. The bass guitar arrived two days later, shipped from Melbourne to Canberra. Tracking the delivery was straightforward, and I was at home when it arrived. It was very securely packed. The packaging was in perfect condition as was the bass when I unpacked it. It was nicely setup, no marks or scratches, in tune, and I played it right out of the box. This was a very positive experience. I am very pleased with the purchase and the highly professional and quick service from Bass Centre. Thank you.
