Recent negative post-sales experience…
Had some previous positive experiences buying online, but my most recent one has been extremely infuriating. Some basketball shoes that revealed a manufacturing defect 2 months after mild use cannot be considered for replacement for some nonsense technical reason that they cite. Basically they don’t want to protect the customer against Nike. Distant and cold email responses with little attempt to understand my particular issue or propose an adequate, customer-friendly solution.

Yet to receive stuff... long delay .. weird comms.
Yet to receive stuff. This was personalized order, so I understand it takes time; maybe it's also the specific period, when everybody restart activities... but ... not a great experiece
Ordered 29/09 - the delivery date was 13/14-10. At delivery date nothing happens. I get an email in spanish (not italian as me or in english) saying the order is late ... don't worry. At 21/10 maybe the order is ready .... at 23/10 the order is not yet shipped (after 10 days delay) despite byeing ready. So we're talking now +10 days on a 14 days lead time (roughly 60% of delay) with an item not shipped, communication via spanish (non english mail). I am confident we will make it, but timing and prediction are not realistic.
If I may say, also, change the face of the guy picture in the emal announcing the dealy: it's not fun. It might be a cultural difference, but the expression of the guys transmit emotion ..."it happens, smile, we cannot do anythign about this". The fun note in continuosly announcing delays is a little out of place. Still confidente it might arrive at some point.
