Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Doesn't know english very well. They sent me the wrong product and asked me to submit the same photos multiple times and said there's "no difference" in the shoes I recieved versus the ones they advertised on their website. They still haven't solved the issue.
Thanks for the reply, but I sent you multiple pictures of the extetior of the shoe. What do you mean by the exterior if the pictures I sent weren't what you asked for? Do you mean the lateral side of the shoe?

The photos you sent only showed the interior, which did not allow us to confirm the problem. After multiple attempts to obtain the necessary information, we asked for your details so that our team could arrange the shoes’ collection for inspection at our warehouse. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you.

Two times i buy a shoes you in your online store. And two times your packaging is worst. The original box of the shoes i damage because of your worst packaging plastic bag. Try to send with double box so that the orinal box is not damage.
