Super customer service. I needed shallow bowls for our cats who developed chin acne.
These bowls are perfect and fit in our current wooden stands. Next time I would buy the Basis stands that look sturdy & well made.

I ordered two sets of large dog bowls after reading that the bowls my puppy was eating and drinking out of could contain mercury and lead. When the new bowls arrived I was very impressed by the quality and feel assured that I'm giving my dog the best possible chance to not have heavy metals build up in his system.

Their product came in the mail and I was in love! The bowl's design makes it easy for my pups to reach all of their food without digging around in corners, and the design was modern, clean, and sleek. I loved how thick the bowls were as well, you can't buy great stainless steel made in US bowls like this elsewhere.

I've been searching for a heavy stainless steel dog bowls to replace my old ones. My bowls have lasted me for 18+ years. I couldn't find the same quality until I viewed the bowls on Basis Pet. Not only is the quality of the steel is heavy the design is unique. The shape does two things for my dogs, the food is spread out more because of the diameter across and the bowls' depth is smaller which helps my one dog because he has a much shorter snout. Alot of the bowls out there are so thin and light they have to put a rubber piece on the bottom to hold them down (the claim is non-skid bowls). However, if they made a better quality of bowl they wouldn't need to do that. Basis Pet has the quality that will last forever!

I bought a small, medium, and large bowl from basis and they all came in very clean and as described. They're of a sturdy quality and they do look nice. Perhaps a bit pricey but I'm overall satisfied with its modern look.

The bowls arrived quickly and we're just as described. I ordered bowls for my Springer Spaniel and for my cat. Easy to clean and best part- made in USA!

My 3 dogs love these bowls. Because the smaller bowls aren't as high, they have no problem finishing every last bite. Easy to clean and very durable. Thank you for an awesome product!

I am so happy with the stainless steel bowls I ordered from Basis Pet. They are heavy duty and the size is perfect for my Labradoodle puppy (I bought the 4 cup size). They were delivered in 3 days, packaged nicely and in perfect condition. The thing that I am happiest about is that they are made in the USA. Most pet bowls are made in China or India and the possible lead content is a concern for my puppy. I would absolutely recommend Basis Pet's stainless steel bowls...in fact I already did recommend them to the breeder of my puppy!

Have only been using the medium stainless bowls a couple days but they seem good. I got then for the quality, knowing what they are made of and being made in USA. Shipping was very easy. Would purchase from company again.

I was looking for a quality product that was manufactured in the U.S. by a company I trusted with materials I knew were safe. I was delighted when I found Basis Pet. I ordered a set of small bowls for two of my dogs. The quality surpassed my expectations. I'm going to order another pair of bowls with an elevated feeder for my other two dogs. My mom is going to place an order, too. My poodles are my children and I want only the best for them. I've found that in products from Basis Pet.

I am very happy with my recent purchase of three Basis Pet bowls. In fact, I am getting ready to order a couple more. These bowls are very different than what you'll find at Walmart, Petco, or Petsmart. They are heavier and feel very solid. I like that they are made in the USA using American steel. Also, they were packed very, very well in bubble wrap. Bottom line: I will definitely buy again. Thanks Basis Pet for a fantastic product!

The product which is made in the USA is so difficult to find and I'm so happy with the quality and service basis pet provided me! The quality of the stainless steel dog bowls are not only sturdy, strong and heavily weighted on the bottom but they also have an understated elegance from a design standpoint! I'm very very happy with the product and would recommend this dog bowl to anyone looking for a good quality product that is made in the USA!

I ordered two stainless steel dog bowls for a new puppy that we will be bringing home in a couple of weeks. Always concerned about buying safe products for my pets, I ordered from Basis Pet. I'm so glad I did. My bowls arrived quickly, in excellent condition and I am extremely happy with the quality. When my little guy outgrows his bowls, I will be back to order the next size up!

We've purchased several small risers and stainless steel bowls and they've worked great for our small dogs. We feel that their products are safe, unlike a lot of pet products out there, and they look great & are easy to wash by hand. They always ship out quickly and their packages arrive safely in excellent packaging.

I'd looked for quite some time for stainless dog dishes made in the USA and stumbled across the Basis Pet site. Best "stumble" I've ever made ! The quality of both dishes and stands/risers is awesome and can be achieved only by a crafts person who takes ultimate pride in what he makes. They are crafted beautifully (even the underside of the wooden stand is routered!) for both function and esthetics. Included are care instructions as well as an invite to call or email with additional questions. It's interesting to me that every "pet person" who has seen these in my home has, without prompting, immediately noticed and admired the bowls and stands.
As is probably recognized by now , I'm so impressed with what Basis Pet produces and plan on ordering for my cats as well. It's gratifying to be dealing with someone to whom pride is obvious in what he makes. Kudos!
