Stunning lights and great customer service
Ordered some outdoor LED strip lighting from Basil and Bonnie recently. Immediately after ordering I changed my mind about size and had to contact them. My query was dealt with by Erin who was happy to change my order for me. My lights were delivered within 7 days (despite my change). They arrived well packaged and exactly as described. We’re absolutely delighted with them and would happily purchase from Basil and Bonnie again.

Scam artists
Scam artists. Made a purchase of multiple vases with delivery frame of 2-3 days. 2 weeks later vases were delivered, but with 1 smashed. Have tried to call and email to arrange return all items but the phone line goes straight to voicemail and my multiple emails have gone unanswered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I recently ordered the female body vase from Basil and Bonnie. This was for my wife's birthday. She is absolutely delighted with the product. Would definitely recommend. Had a slight issue with the order (ordered 2 by accident) so I had to contact customer services and I must say they were very helpful and rapid to resolve the issue. Thanks again!

Customer service needs to be addressed...
First time I used B&B and found that their customer services and delivery aren't great.
I placed an order and a few days later was given a delivery date by FedEx. However, was then notified that this date would change to 4 days later.
Confused, I emailed B&B who responded the next day. They agreed that it was taking too long to arrive and would look into the issue.
I stated that I would need to organise for someone to be home as the date was changing to the following week.
Never heard anything else from B&B but did receive a message from Fex Ex a few days later, to say they were actually going to deliver on the original delivery date! This meant having to cancel and reorganise for someone to be home yet again!
As a customer, I expect that customer services should follow up on their promise, by keeping the customer updated with any changes with their order.
Spent a lot of money with them as I initially thought they were a small company. Turns out its not the case and their Chinese suppliers also advertise on Amazon (the business address was on the parcel). I could have bought directly and cut out the middle man.
BEWARE:items not as described - scam company
I ordered a large pink Morandi vase for my daughters birthday over 2 weeks ago, which has only just arrived from China after many attempts to chase via email with no response. To say I was underwhelmed and disappointed doesn't even come close. I was expecting a good quality vase which the website describes as "resin" but it is a cheap moulded plastic pink vase, which for over £22 is seriously overpriced. First and last time using this company as they clearly do not market their products truthfully.

Edit: Got reply that there is problem with tracking and it will arrive this week. But no date confirmed. We have to have it for our contractors to fit it for certain date. Really poor communication.

The order went through quickly and items were received quickly. In fact despite other reviews on the shop app (which I hadn’t seen before today) mine were a lovely quality. Per the web page I contacted them, not for a refund but to exchange, silence. So I tried to contact for refund, no one answers the phones, no one returns messages, no one answers emails and no one answers the support form online. The only way to return is via contacting them and you can’t. I have been trying to contact since 22 April.
I’m not sure who owns or runs the company as it’s says started in Edinburgh, however no registration number on the website and not on companies house under Basil and Bonnie either.
Really sad my first order ended this way as loved so many items on their website and had expected to purchase more over time.
Update: finally received a response after posting here. The company is not run full time, they had phone and email issues and received a bigger response than expected when launched. They have since offered an exchange (my original request) and even after offering to return the items (they declined) they have refunded me. Hopefully a step to improvement.
