Delivery took too long - I order a lot of items and your delivery was quite slow compared to others - it made me miss a deadline

Somehow, I received part of my order twice! There were two packages, one with two books and a pillow, and the other with a back-ordered book. The second package had a duplicate book, a duplicate pillow, AND the back-ordered book. I don't know if I ordered wrong, or if the computer confused it. It's OK; I can give the extra book to a friend, and I can use two matching pillows. But it was not what I ordered.

Items arrived quickly after order.

Good product and timely delivery

I ordered a sweater from Bas Blu. I also signed up for the Bas Blu Society. Worst purchase I've made! Sweater is scratchy-not at all soft and doesn't feel good on the skin. The zipper is hard to work. The return policy says there are prepaid return labels but was told today they are no longer doing this, and returning the sweater "through the carrier of my choice" costs over 3x the $8.95 they say is the cost of the return label. I will never buy from them again. Be warned!!

I ordered one puzzle, two packages of holiday cards, and five other cards which were sold individually.
The box arrived today in horrible condition. It was one of those boxes where the bottom is like a "x" and is collapsable. The packaging tape was nearly all pulled off. The right side of the box was totally crunched in about 2". The other side of the box was totally open. The puzzle was okay because it was in a sturdy box of its own. Whoever packaged this order simply threw the individually wrapped cards into this big box. They were all warped as they must have been smashed up against the side of the crunched up box for the entire trip. I called and spoke to someone (probably from another country) as we had a bit of a difficult time understanding each other. My holiday cards were on backorder. Due to how this was sent to me, I will probably not order from them again. I spent $100 for a puzzle and some cards and they spent 1 cent on a box.

My experience with Bas Bleu has been perfectly wonderful. Every year I order the book collection and have never been disappointed. My most recent purchase was a small Steiff bear. It has been a comfort to me as I mourn the death of my only child. These people are just the best

The order was processed and shipped quickly. When the package was stolen off my porch (deliverers did not follow instructions) they replaced the entire order free of charge. That really impressed me.

Bas Bleu offers unique products and books. I have never purchased anything from Bas Bleu that didn't measure up to a standard of high quality.

This is the second time I have ordered an item from Bas Bleu and did not get the lower price and free shipping that I was due as a member. Not sure why, I looked around to find out how I could do it but never found it.

I enjoy looking at your catalog. I belong to a group of ladies who celebrate each others birthdays. We've been doing this for a long time and have never had a duplicate birthday card. So the bouquet pop-up cards are very unique and no one else buys them to share with the birthday girl.
