This is the worst safe and even worse company to deal with. My safe has locked me out twice now. This time the handle is stripped and wont even turn. Ive asked for help from Barska and this is how they responded to me:
"Thanks for the video.
Unfortunately, you have a disconnect inside your door.
The shaft of the handle fits into a keyway in a round plate.
This plate is the hub of the linkage that operates the bolts.
The shaft is held in place by a threaded nut.
Chances are the nut has loosened or fallen off so that the plate is no longer secured to the shaft of the handle.
If the nut has fallen off, you can pull the handle out of the safe and try to use a wide blade screwdriver to spin the plate.
(the keyway in the plate is square)
If you cannot remove the handle, the only way to gain entry is with force.
I recommend a locksmith for that scenario.

They are worthless and the product is garbage. DO NOT BUY!!!

Poor China quality, I bought a Gladiator 20-140x80 Barska Gladiator binocular. Now after a few years the plastic body is cracked and the rubber fittings are sticky and damaged.

The service rep was extremely knowledgeable with your firm’s products, super articulate, very friendly and could not have been more helpful and understanding to my issue with my fabulous binoculars.
Please keep up with your fine efforts.

Recently purchased the Barska AC13490 4x rimfire scope for my Browning BL-22. The included rings provide a solid fit on the rifle’s 3/8” dovetail grooves.

The optics are sharp & the 30/30 reticle is well defined. Unlike longer scopes, this compact model sits far enough forward that it doesn’t get in the way of holding the rifle by the grip or manually cocking/lowering the hammer.

Scope was easy to zero my first time out. Windage & elevation dials are clear & each detent (click) is well defined. Screw-on caps give solid protection.

All in all a nice little scope that’s great value for the price.

Very happy with the quality and the great folks at customer service there. Highly recommend the product and customer service.

Thank you Barska for your great help in replacing the eyecups on the eyepieces for my Barska Encounter binoculars. Until I contacted you I was unsure if I would ever be able to correct this annoying problem. It really makes the use of the binoculars a much better experience. Great binoculars by the way!!!!!

Barska has been very responsive and helpful in finding the exact part I needed to replace a broken “base plate”. Other than that broken piece, my Barska tri-pod has lasted quite well, and provides a stable foundation for my spotting scope.

The agent was polite and very helpful. They supplied all the parts I needed. If needed I won't hesitate to contact them again.

They are good company that responded within couple hours during the work day. I am pleased with the service

I have been using the Barska 10 X 42 Blackhawk camo binoculars for over 2 years. Great quality binoculars. Comfortable to use even with wearing glasses. Quick focusing, light weight. When the right eye peice broke, I reached out to Barska. Very quick response to my inquiry to help get the binoculars fixed.

I discovered that a lens cap on our binoculars had cracked and broken due to mishandling on our part. I went onto the Barska website to see if I could order a replacement part. I was unable to find a way to do that so I reached out through their contact us section. I was truly surprised to receive a response within a few hours. Most other companies simply ignore you. The person emailed me with questions requesting a picture and size of what was needed. They still have the part. I look forward to receiving it soon. The quick response and attention to my request is why I've given this company a 5 star review. Btw, the binoculars are great too!
Update: I received the lens caps and they fit perfectly! I'm very happy with this interaction and this company.

I like the scope because the optics are very clear and the price is very reasonable. Best scope for the money. The covers are easily removable and protect the scope's adjustments.

A screw on my scope mount stripped making the mount unstable. I emailed Barska about the problem, within a day I received a reply with a request for a photo of the mount. I sent the photo and received a reply with instructions how to obtain it. GREAT Customer Service. I will definitely stay as a satisfied customer.

A great rifle scope at a great price. But better than that OMG the customer service!!! I had a response to my question with a dilution to my issue in less then 12 hour. Unheard of these days. A+++

I purchased a drop safe after my business got broken into. This has been great to be able to secure our dailey drops. The key broke and I contacted the company and they are sending me a new key and lock. Great Service and great safe!

Beware: this California safe provider is not worth the hassle. Don't have any questions and Do Not Lose Your Keys! They have made it so awful to even make a request for new keys, I think we are going to just throw out never used safe. The company has it set up to avoid customers' phone calls, unless you need to purchase a new safe. Its website Request Forms do not link (and the company acknowledges that fact), so you cannot complete any of the Mandatory Forms. I've had to email customer service 8 times asking for the three things they require. Each time, I get Only One of my questions answer - ie how do I pay the $25 for each key, how do I pay for the keys, etc. etc.. My Sentry safe, on the other hand, had batteries die, I called customer service and the service rep said, No worries, and sent me a new front digital Key Pad and battery for free. She sent instructions and that was that. Avoid Barska Safes...BTW the new safe's name plate fell off the first day - should have returned to Home Depot then. Made in China

Hi!, I attempted to order a Tactical Scope. Team Barska offered FREE shipping on orders over $60 dollars. A day later Team Barska sent me a 20 percent discount code. Wow, of course I said Hoo Ya!!! However, Team Barska told me No Sir!!! You get only one discount. I stated I am a Decorated Combat Veteran. Team Barska called me. Guess what they told me??? Team Barska does 🚫 NOT cater to Veterans. I was told to shop elsewhere. Dang!!!
