I ordered some shoes from them (on a thursday afternoon) and explained I wanted them for the weekend. They boxed them up and sent them straight away. Good times.

Ordered climbing shoes on the 6th and recieved them on the 12th. I think that's fair considering that I live in Sweden. Easy to order as well.

had a in depth chat with (the owner?) regarding La Sportiva Ganda approach boots, his advice regarding size, my usage and requirements were all spot on! I wish other suppliers had this level of personal knowledge on hand, sadly they do not! Boots purchased and now being enjoyed!

I received very good help via mail for my order that first wasn't possible to the country I live in. After two or three mails everything was fixed and I could place my order. Delivery was within the week after that.
