Attended a wedding in May. We didn't get a complementary drink as we were at the back of the queue. Told the staff member she said there is lager, told her can't drink that as we have an intolerance to it, she just shrugged. We went without. Not enough seats while waiting for the wedding area. Very hot day no air con or electric fans present. The meal was served late and there was almost an hour between courses. Not enough staff for the number of guests. The bar man was on his own for the entire wedding party and the rest of the hotel. Not enough shade provided outside. Water on tables not refilled. They don't seem to know what a creme brulee is even though it's on their menu.
