Incompetent & Unprofessional

I ordered a cat toy. They are not based in the UK and my order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. They sent me a panda toy instead. I sent them an email, and they replied in text speak with no apology - their message literally consisted of just "ok will do" - highly unprofessional. They agreed to send me a replacement - 2 weeks later they sent me the SAME wrong item AGAIN! Asked for a refund but so far they have not granted me one and will now be escalating to PayPal. Avoid.
