While the product I received was faulty and poor quality, the after sales service was amazing. Prompt response to my email with refund following almost immediately. 5+ stars for service.

Got floors and had bargaintown lay them
Big mistake layed them to tight so lifted in the middle
Took 4 weeks to get them back to look at it said he would be back tomorrow to fix it never showed up
Called again told me floor was damp ( it’s not or never was)
I spent thousands in these shops ever year not any more will be telling ever landlord I work for

Very bad quality spent 500 on a bed to break 2 months later

Ordered a wardrobe and drawer set online. Faulty parts included. Tried calling numerous times with no answer. Tried emailing multiple times with no response. Now stuck with a wardrobe and drawers I can't use as I can't get through to Bargaintown. Never again would I shop here.

I am very happy I received my table and chairs. All thanks Karen hope I have the right name In coolock. For getting me sorted so quick and putting my mind at rest ism very grateful for her help

They delivered us a wet mattress - obviously left out in the rain earlier that day. I rang to inform them several weeks ago and was told to either bring it in to them; I couldn't as I don't have a van... like most people. They said they'd get back. They haven't picked the phone up to me since.

Dont get carpet from Bargaintown!!! Nightmare. They can't give a specific time of when the fitters will come so you will be waiting until the end of the day for someone to come. I had 2 lads rock up in the afternoon who rushed the fitting from the attic down to the hall . The rushed the job and the results shows. They didn't use the material I paid for. They used my old transition strips and tried to shove the carpet underneath them and there are strings of the carpet sticking out. There are air pockets from the attic and on alot of steps on the stairs. Which means when u step on the carpet it pops back up. I didn't ask for a bouncy castle!!!! On 2 of the landings they didn't cut to size which means you can see the wooding floor underneath. They tried to hide it with another piece of carpet which my hoover hoovered up. Some parts looks like it had been cut with a kitchen scissors around the edging. Called to the store to complain and advised the days I am available for call out to be fixed and the only time they could fit me in was the day I wasn't available so I rearranged my schedule to suit them. Got a phone call today to say they dont have anyone to come out I told them it's not acceptable I need someone they said they'll try their best and they are a no show. And won't answer the phone!!! Disgraceful service. Never again!!!!

Manager arrived 4 minutes before the shop was due to open. 5/10 minutes late opening. Purchased a bed, mattress and headboard last year and I went to purchase the Same again. I went into coolock shop at 9.40am with 400 Euro cash for my purchase. While I was speaking to one female staff I Asked could the throw in delivery the manager who was late just grunted no and walked off. The shop offers free delivery over 100 Euro online. I went to the coolock to spend 400 Euro cash. I went to a competitor, got a discount, free delivery and extra items.
To put it simply it's the Ryanair of furniture shops.. think you're getting a Bargain until they add all the extras on.

Please stay away to avoid a great deal of frustration & stress. It is a very unprofessional business. I had a really negative experience.

Excellent customer service. They went the extra step in helping me resolve my problem. I ordered twice in one week for home delivery and on both occasions I had no issues at all. Delivery arrived when advised.

Easy online order , the delivery lads were so nice and everything went nice and smooth
