I ordered the Ninja stay sharp knife set, they took my money and yet I haven’t received my order.
I have emailed them three times and have not received a reply.
A really bad company so please steer well clear of them

Ordered a ps5 console paid for it and was given order number and was told it was dispatched then month later was told order declined never got money back despite numerous emails. My advice stay away DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

Didn’t receive order. No replies when trying to communicate with them! Took my money and then failed to send! 1 million percent the biggest scamming company there ever is! Would never recommend! 1 star is too high!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Its a complete scam and fraud I tried buying a PS5 Digital Edition from this website and I still haven’t got my order despite the website saying 2-7 standard delivery UK and it’s been almost 2 weeks I have emailed them multiple times still heard nothing from them, I even tried contacting them via telephone number, please guys I don’t want to see you people getting scammed it is bad for business, if you want to order electronics, devices etc please order it from legitimate company websites like Amazon, Curry’s PC, John Lewis or better yet order your products from an app instead I am contacting my bank this week to try and get my refund but again DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

Utter scam merchants!!! Just read the other 1/3 of the reviews, they all read just like mine. They took almost £1k of my money for a new camera. They said it would 3 day delivery. It never turned up. I emailed them 6 times, no reply, phoned them 6 times, always redirected to an answer phone, and guess what? They never replied. Eventually got Paypal involved, who eventually got my money back for me. Just hope these crooks go bust and end up behind bars. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!

This place is not worth the hassle, they take your money and deliver nothing, I have informed the trading standards and PayPal to get back my money, next stop the police as people like this should not be operating, DO NOT USE SCAM ARTIST AND THEIF

Paid for ninja stay sharp knifes got nothing phone number takes you to full message service.Have contacted PayPal there ignoring them too so I need to wait a month after paying for this until PayPal have to refund please don’t fall for them like I did

Not received order

I placed an order for almost £1000 and the tracking number they gave me clearly belonged to another order. I've still not received my goods so have raised a resolution request with PayPal and pray that I get my money back.

They are a scam,once you place your order you receive no response they just take your money & your item doesn’t arrive!!stay away!!

I haven't received my order. There was no reply to my email chasing it. The contact number is not contactable; it said the inbox is full and to try later which didn't help at all!

Did not receive my Air fryer order, luckily I ordered via PayPal and they were able to refund £197.99. Do not use this company!

Awful, don't buy from here. It's a scam

I have not received my goods. I have emailed the company and did not get a response. Buyer beware! I am now trying to recover £199.99.

Poor take money no goods avoid

I ordered a Ninja air fryer Bargain shop on the 12/5/24 and haven’t received it yet. I have emailed, contacted them through their website and have also left voicemails all numerous times but they haven’t contacted me at all. My money was taken by miamigadgets so if you see this anywhere stay well clear. I am in the process of trying to get my money back with my bank.

Paid £500 for a new phone, got an email the next day saying it had been dispatched but they didn't provide a tracking number.
They advertise 3-5 day delivery, I waited 10 days and it never arrived.

Tried phoning the number on their 'contact us' page, appears to be a mobile number which is suspicious. Got an automated message from their service provider saying their voicemail inbox was full so couldn't leave a message. Also tried sending an email which was ignored.

Their PayPal account is called "New York Gadgets Hub" and has a different contact number and email address, also very suspicious. This phone number and email address are also never answered.

Thank god I paid through PayPal so was able to get a full refund when I disputed the transaction.

Update: 2 weeks after I claimed my money back through PayPal, I got an email from them saying my order status had been changed from "dispatched" to "declined".
How can they decline an order that they already dispatched? Because they lied and never dispatched it.
