Miscreants who contempt and fraud customers…
My journey with blw started back in august 2013.
Until early 2016 blw sent exactly what you had ordered, prices for full lace blonde shaded wigs back then from 16 to 22 inches was from £135-£240.
I purchased quite a few refurbed wigs as they were what was pictured on the site, ie: a one off at time.
Well from 2016 2017 onwards things at blw started to change for the worse.
Bear in mind folks i bought over 35 wigs from blw from 2013-2020 but sparingly from particularly 2018 onwards.
The title "Bargain lace wigs" to a long time abused, contempted,, used,, and treated like dirt customer,, comes across as a total misnomer and hardly appropriate for around 4 yrs now,, as steadily and all over the place, rising faster and faster your human hair wig prices for the lengths and colours mentioned above,, Have soared!! and it beggars belief as to how this happened? More the way it has that bothers me.
I was loyal to this company as a customer, and steadily from 2017 they started sending me wigs much different to what i'd ordered, too thick on top, too thin at the nape, bad condition and dark hh hair unable to take lifting bleach?.
They contempted me and patronised me for having guts to stand up and say this is very very wrong.
You see i had been quite used to buying one off refurbs As Well as new Full lace wigs.
Then i started receiving dreadful not as advertised bad wig creations.
Awful customer service, and when asked why wigs were'nt as should be, rhetoric about how they had 5 of "same" refurbed wigs etc,, this wasnt MY EXPERIENCE prior to some wierd unseen background changes or running of blw.
It started to decline when i ordererd a pictured 18 inch refurbed brown full lace wig in 2017,, my what they had a cheek to send was akin to a cave woman grown out pubic hair on lace, it was totally thoroughly insulting to any client or customer i cried.
I have used lace wigs from 1987, they've been around since the 40s and as i have very thin hair i knew of them from my drama days.
They kept sending me a succession of dreadful hh wigs 2017 onwards, i got to the stage i was buying because i'll give them this,,,, they Always send them.
Thats not enough.
The crunch came when they totally condescended me about how to treat them, y'see when it was actually good with blw,, i'd buy 5-6 wigs in a yr and half period or thereabouts as they Did do fantastic blonde shaded human hair full lace wigs until after 2016.
Instead of blw realising how good a customer i was and how loyal i had been and prolific purchaser quite steadily,, i'd buy wigs very often so as to make sure they could last me all at very good (past) prices,,, no !! When their quality and variety in decently priced lighter shade wigs started to drastically decline year on year from 2017 onward,,,
They had the absolute highly insulting CHEEK to state "do you know how to care for these wigs" that perhaps i would'nt know how to be caring for or washing conditionining any lace wigs??
And that i may not know what it was i was purchasing?
What??
I was stunned at this absolvence of responsibility or of culpabiliy, Of course they said this after 4 yrs of taking thousands of pounds from me as thats what all those amount of wigs cost overtime.
I purchased silk tops, glueless and always full lace and hh wigs some were repeat purchase of hh lace wigs they repeat sold.
But things got bad when every dark hh lace wig i purchased just could not be hi lighted with appropriate bleaching hilighting methods, there is something very wrong, i believe it was because it is actually been animal yak hair with a type of acidic colour blocking chemical resistent to hi lift colour or bleach, because the animal Yak hair was subjected to a strong colour blocking industrial dying agent.
I had bought 5 or more dark wigs in hope, and they were truly dreadful,, they just couldnt take proper colouring, i wanted a dark base occaisionally with added hi lights at home, no lift at all
They never in all that time ever tried to win my confidence back,, after my very real concerns not once,, they took total and utterly for granted that i'd keep coming back.
I never returned the crap wigs out of deep humiliation and dreadful embarrassment, all except the one wig of them all, the others were thrown away and stupidly (and they at blw knew it) i came back for repeat buisness hoping they'd revert to how they'd been, selling those lovely wigs back then,, but they never did.
I sent back the pubic cave woman wig the one i hadnt ordered but was sent by way of complacent contempted lies and expectancy from them.
Its been hurtful for the most part as i've been a cancer and leukemia sufferer during this time and i really should have looked elsewhere as they never even in good faith offerred me a free wig or 2 to redress the dreadful wigs suffered.
They no longer sell full lace blonde hh wigs from last yr i dont shop there anymore.
