Terrible

The operator hung up while we were in the middle of placing our order. (Probably because the order was fairly small, despite a £300 minimum.) When we called back, a man describing himself as 'the boss' said the items we wanted had "gone", and said he was hanging up. Unbelievably rude!!

THE WORST COMPANY you could ever go to…

THE WORST COMPANY you could ever go to for your wedding. They were perfect last year in December when I booked for a £600 hire and paid my £245 deposit. Since then I've added things and the hire got to around £1,300. I took off the dance floor last night that costs £450.00 because it would have to be setup upon delivery which is no good as I can't have my ceremony on top of a dance floor can I! (or I have to pay an extra £200 for them to come back and do it on the day) and they proceeded to then tell me my hire was cancelled because I don't meet the 1k minimum order requirement. I was never told this in the beginning, was never told this the whole way through when I was asking to add things on or take them off. It was never mentioned there is a 1k minimum order on their terms and conditions that I signed either. On their T&C's point 13 it says the order is deemed to be accepted by banqueting hire when an order form is sent to you and 25% deposit taken which both were received also on their website it says a minimum order of £125. My order is way over and it doesn't say anything about min £1000 order. I spoke to the director David over email who was very abrupt and rude and would not listen when I told him all of the different facts about how hadn't been told there was a minimum 1 k order and about how how my original £600 order was accepted and a 25% deposit taken as per his terms and conditions. He proceeded to cancel my order, said he's given me all the answers he could and what are my bank details for the refund for my deposit. My father even rung him to discuss and he would not acknowledge that they accepted my first order that was lower than 1k and then also said it was more worth their while with the dance floor on. DISGUSTING COMPANY. I SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR A MUCH LESSER AMOUNT THAN 1K - BUT THIS FACT MEANS NOTHING TO THESE PEOPLE AND THEY WON'T ACKNOWLEDGE IT. DO NOT go with this company you will regret it, I had them booked since 12/12/2019. They will just drop you if you aren't worth the hire anymore. Owner cannot deal with it when customer is right, shows them the facts IN WRITING on their own T&C's/website and he cannot stand someone who stands up to them. BUYER BEWARE.
