I ordered a feather flag spike, so not a custom order and something that DID NOT require printing on 3rd June.
I still have not received the order despite the high fees for delivery. I wish for this order to be refunded so I can order this item through a proper UK company.
They are not a UK based company, they just have a ghost office in London. No one ever picks up on the number for the orders team, only the sales team pick up the phone and they say they can't help you with your order.
I need a full refund!

A straightforward process from start to finish with helpful folk responding quickly to enquiries.

Absolutely superb - multiple artwork checks were made, delivery was sooner than expected and the banner is top quality, excellent print quality and material. Will 100% be using again.

terrible company do not use !!!!!!!
this company acts as a uk company yet all deliveries come from India. we selected delivery to be on the 9th June. also paid £25 for the delivery.
shock it hasnt turned up. called customer services to be told I have to wait till the 16th the refuse the package then when they get it back they will refund me.
terrible company and are just robbing people.

Our package was meant to to be delivered on the 27th May and it got delivered a a week later by which point it was no longer of use to us as we needed it for an event. It said it was out for delivery for the 27th when in fact the package was still in India. We tried to get the package redirected to our event location, but they did it too late, as now we are back from our event location which is 5 hours away from our office.
The customer service was not very helpful as they kept saying they had escalated it to the needed department and I'd get a response in 24-48 hours, which was not helpful when our event was in a couple days time. This turned out to be a complete waste of money and a big dissapointment.

Quick update-customer service actually came theough and we come an agreement……have updated rating.

and also paid for delivery before certain date …..only 2 pieces arrived and the rest a week later……..response has been poor and taking too long to refund……..its a shame,as the quality of goods was high.Will come back here with an update on outcome

Easy to use website, good quality vinyl banner, good communication, arrived on time.

Absolutely appalling experience with Banner Buzz.
I ordered two display stands and was never provided with a clear link to upload artwork. Concerned, I contacted their team and spoke to a representative who reassured me that graphics were included. He sent me a link, and I promptly uploaded my artwork.
As my event approached and I still hadn’t received any proof, I chased again, only to be told, just two days before the event, that I hadn’t ordered graphics at all.
This left me completely exposed. No display materials, a damaged impression for my business, and zero accountability from Banner Buzz.
To make matters worse, I am now struggling to secure a full refund despite being clearly misled by their own team.
Poor communication, misinformation, and no ownership of their mistake. I’ve been let down badly and, in turn, let my firm down.
Avoid. I will not be using them again.

Paid for 'express delivery' with delivery intended for today, 5th June. Order still shows as in production, and customer support can provide no update on expected delivery. Do not trust this company to deliver your order.

Very pleased with the quality

So I ordered and paid the extra for expedited shipping. Expected Friday. They processed the order a few days later and the second it arrives with the courier I get a notice it will arrive on Monday. Customer service did not reply. Very frustrated. I understand if a delivery goes wrong but if you don’t dispatch it in time to be delivered I’d say that’s false advertising.

Oh and they print in India so shipping takes a while. Avoid.

Avoid this company !!!! Used them before and had issues then but that was a couple of years ago so I thought I would give them another go. Big mistake . Clearly not based in the Uk so communications often come back in the middle of the night which delays responses and adds days and in this case weeks . I provided them with my requirements , they missed things off and it wasn’t right so back and fourth , back and fourth we go each time with an amendment it takes at least 24 hours because the people you are communicating with are not in the uk.

I was clear from the start when I needed the order and all the way through . We finally get to the stage that I approve the order and again I stipulate when I need it to be told that’s going to be another £90 odd pounds for the courier !!!!! I’m sorry but all of the delays were down to their poor communication and attention to detail .

Order cancelled and they will never see another penny from me. If you are reading this I would suggest you look elsewhere for your needs.

For balance when I used them a couple of years back I had similar issues in the time it took but when the product turned up it was absolutely fine.

not delivered in time as they print in India even though paid for timed delivery and no help or refund offered have to now get a much increased priced item as an emergency as they are unable to deliver on time AVOID AVOID and use a UK supplied item

Printed on black runners, chose their custom black. In reality this is a smoky grey (at best). Had a ridiculous back and forth where I said had I realised their black wasn't actually black, I would have used their custom colour option. I suggested adding hex codes to their standard colours to help inform future customers. They suggested that I could have used their custom colour option 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Awful customer service, seemingly unwilling to cancel and refund my order - The smallest available size ended up being too big for our design leading to stretching and distortion, so I reached out to cancel the order and have it refunded. The design has not been approved and the order has not been processed, so it should be fairly simple, but I have spent all morning between phone calls and emails dealing with a group of people that seem to be making as difficult as possible. After plainly stating that I would like to cancel and refund, and do not want a redesign, I am being told that "there is no need to cancel my order" and "we just need to redesign". No. I don't want to. Please just cancel my order and give me my money back. Scumbag business tactics.

I paid £35 for express delivery, and the day after my delivery was due, the banner was still at an Airport in India. I have now had to order another banner from a local company to guarantee delivery for the "next day"

Paid a huge amount to have it delivered on Thursday 14th , got delivered Monday 18th, trying to get refund out of them is like pulling teeth , won't use this company again and suggest anyone uses another printing company if you value customer experience.
