Highly criminal Caribbean banking network promoting investments.

Bank of Saint Lucia (BOSL), a subsidiary of ECFH Saint Lucia, Corporate Secretary Estherlita Cumberbath, Director Evariste Jn Marie, Customer Service Lean Shepherd + Shafield St. Brice, @bankofsaintlucia.com. BOSL was instructed to close 3 accounts (approximately US$650,000, due November 2024). BOSL confirmed the closure and repayment. No payment, no respond was made. St. Lucia authorities failed, corruption everywhere. Complaint emails to Central Bank (ECCB) were deleted, Elizabeth.Wayland-Phillip, Marlon.Bristol, both @eccb-centralbank.org), left unanswered (@oecs.int), @ecsrconline.org, @xxx.govt.lc). A pure Wild West scenario. Next steps: Funds transferred through correspondent banks to BOSL are lost.
