It should be 0 stars I took a cat in…

It should be 0 stars I took a cat in to be checked for ticks They didn’t give me a receipt that said explicitly that the doctor had checked her I asked for that the clerk was abusive the manager was abusive the doctor finally wrote something saying the cat didn’t have obvious ticks I suspect that they just gave her the tick medicine and hoped that would take care of it I asked if the cat could be examined and treated in the exam room in my presence the next time and I got the run around on that These people are super bad Don’t go there

This is a SHADY business

This is a SHADY business. They are actually zero stars. Constantly misdiagnosis of pets. Unfortunately my kitten literally fell of the bed when she was about 8 weeks old she learned to jump up but didn’t learn yet to jump down and land safely. I immediately took her out o Banfield because her mouth looked weird and they told me she was fine. I wanted an x-ray of her mouth but they wouldn’t give me one even though I had their crappy insurance. I took her back a week later because she stopped opening her mouth and they assured me during the visit they were able to open her mouth even though she wasn’t able to and she’s fine. 2 weeks later I took her to another vet who told me she had broken her jaw and since kittens grow super fast her jaw joint is fused and it’s too late to operate to try bringing her back in a year. They said if it was taken care of before they would’ve had many other options, and they told me if she couldn’t eat to put her down, but if she survives when she’s bigger they may be able to do something. If you love your pet do not take them to Banfield because they will be mistreated and misdiagnosed, I complained to the manager they misdiagnosed my kitten and he said there is nothing I can do. But still wanted to charge my card monthly. I had to pay $265 to stop paying monthly. I think I’m going to start a class action lawsuit.

My 12 yo lab had severe diarrhea

My 12 yo lab had severe diarrhea. I took him to Banfield off Woolbright in Boynton beach fl.
The tech stated without any tests he has parvo. They tested him. Showed positive. But very faint. I had to wait another hour for them to run to another location to get a test. They stated it was positive. Sent me to an emergency place. Once there a bill for treatment was $3900. Banfield made it sound like he may not make it. So bring the bill for treatment I was unfortunately thinking of the worst option. The Dr was amazing at the hospital. And offered another test. Which was NEGATIVE for parvo!!!
He was merely treated for anxiety. All tests were a great health report. But was still kept overnight
They felt bad in regards to Banfield mistake She adjusted the bill to $1250. Not counting I missed a day of work no pay. This was last feb. Hired a lawyer. After several letters they only offered to pay $250 for the misdiagnosis.
Several letters were sent again. And nothing. I even emailed the president of Banfield. Nothing!!!
Please think before using this hospital. Poor service. Corporate office ignores you. Horrible experience.
