Ordered drumsticks on 7th April now the 7th May never arrived contacted 3 times by email no replies and no refund AVOID

Ordered a guitar case which was showing as "in stock" received an e mail a few days later saying it's unavailable, would I like a different one. I said "no please refund my payment" still waiting. Why tell customers things are in stock when they are not?

We were sent the wrong item and it took 3 weeks of pestering every few days for us to get the correct one. Very poor attitude when speaking to them on the phone especially when it was an error on their part.

A big thank you to Chris in Leeds who gave the best possible service when I bought my instrument online and I thoroughly recommend Band Supplies.

13-15 Old Dumbarton Road GLASGOW is one of the most incompetent annoying guitar sellers i have come across in over 50 years of buying guitars. I paid him £854 for a Faith Mercury guitar which he took from my account and then he sends me a message telling me they can't proceed with my order due to a restructuring of the dealership arrangement with Faith guitars. Perhaps Faith guitars have just discovered he's a moron - although some of the reviews on here would have confirmed that some time ago. He stil hasn't refunded my payment yet or given me any further information about his restructuring and i will be contacting my bank to raise a dispute as soon as i have submitted this review. I urge any future potential customers to never spend any money with Band Supplies unless you want a big head ache and a hole in your bank account until the irritating Mr Tennant can be bothered to give you a refund.

Ordered and paid for items at the end of May. Never arrived. No replies whasoever. Over a month has passed. I live outside of the UK and paid £25 solely for shipping for roughly £25 worth of products.

I ordered a set of drummers beaded gloves back in Nov 22. The gloves arrived without any issues. However, they were too big so were returned with a request for a smaller size, that is when my issues started. After numerous emails and 2 phone calls I have decided not to waste anymore of my time on this. The customer service is shocking! I would never deal with this company again and would not recommend them. Keep my £5 and have a dram on me.

Avoid at all costs! We ordered a Casio keyboard at a very competitive price. Although it arrived promptly, upon opening, the keyboard was second-hand with no power lead. We spoke to “Ron” to arrange for a replacement to be sent and the original collected. There appeared to be a complete reluctance from Ron to carry out this request, coupled with a dismissive and rude attitude to a paying customer. We are still waiting for a resolution, so will seek a refund through the credit card used. Will make a report to trading standards too.

Purchased a professional baritone sax from this shop, it was the best price in the UK. Although they had sold out (and this item is in scarce supply, other suppliers giving 3 month leadtime), they searched the market to find one and negotiated to get it shipped to me from a third party within a few days, keeping me informed throughout. Thanks very much for the help.

My Casio CTS300 keyboard arrived within three days with no fuss and was the best price on the internet (by at least £35).
