I had the best customer service experience at B & L Tiles, not only are the staff extremely professional, they also know exactly what there're talking about and will provide you with honest advice. With my previous bad experiences at other tile stores, I was recommended by a friend to visit
B & L Tiles as I was in the process of building my dream home. The moment I walked in I was greeted and asked if I need assistance. The staff were very patient and offered me extremely competitive prices. (I was even offered a cup of coffee). The delivery was right on time and they were constantly keeping me updated. They have also completed the tiling and what can I say they truly have attention to detail. If you are renovating, building etc.. I would highly recommend you visit B & L Tiles they have such a huge range of tiles and bathware so just be prepared to walk into a maze.
