Ordered a Mallorcan flag from blandiere.it on 25 November 2023 and it was delivered to me in Australia by 15 December 2023. Great quality and very attentive service throughout the entire process from ordering to delivery.

This is my second order from bandiere.it (Flagsonline). This time I had some custom flags created. Alessandro helped me create a file that would work for their process. I ordered 2 flags on Nov 29 and received them on Dec 16. Very quick delivery and they look great. Honestly, I am not surprised at all because their product is high quality and their customer service is top notch.

The website commits to delivery 15 days from order confirmation. I had a deadline of 17 days so ordered. I understand unintentional delays, but people at Flags IT gave me delivery promises that stopped me from cancelling an order, then didn't fulfil them.
- My order was mailed 9 days from confirmation, after I contacted them twice via email (not answered) and once via chat. They assured 4 day delivery with DHL so it would arrive before the deadline.
- No shipping details were forwarded so I contacted them again - my item had been sent with FedEx with 8 day delivery, arriving after deadline. Said shipping takes a long time from Italy, they'd spent ~9 euro extra on delivery and they'd ask FedEx if it could be sped up. The parcel was out of Italy after 2 days, FedEx denied any contact and to me 9 euro is irrelevant - it was still scheduled to be late, I'd happily cover costs if they'd asked and the deadline was to avoid a 100,000+ euro tax bill.
- When I accepted the 4 day delivery with DHL, it was because DHL has preclearance processes that mean items are not held up in customs. FedEx do not so item spent days clearing customs.
- Final delivery was 24 days after order - 7 days after the deadline they knew about. Boat left with a different flag I had custom made last minute at a high cost. These ones are sitting at the marina office until I can figure out what to do with them.
Update: Thank you for the apology, this is the first time I have had one.
To clarify: One email was sent on 26/10 and the other on 31/10. We spoke on 2/11 via chat and you told me then that you’d not received my emails, likely because they’d gone to spam. There was no phone call.
FedEx told me the delivery window of 8 days was set when sent and could not be hurried – the parcel arrived in South Africa on 6/11 but was delayed by the delivery date then customs. You were aware of 8 days on 4/11 as you told me the delivery dates, asked if that was okay and told me it takes some days from Italy.
I would have liked a solution before the parcel was late, either having it shipped faster or telling me it wouldn't make it in time so I could have cancelled the order/rerouted it to Austria and organised an alternative with more time, instead of spending more than the order with you was worth replacing just the ensign. Now, I am not sure what solution you can offer.

The flags will be flying in Mississippi, USA ...the birthplace of America's music ! Rock and Roll, Blues and Country music. (AND , my home is 130 kilometers away from New Orleans, ..birthplace of Jazz)
If you are ever near Milano, please visit the Chiesa Battista di Casorate Primo. It is a church my father helped start years ago. ( if you want to : )
