Poor customer service, return the product from Hong Kong because of the wrong size, we did nothing wrong but they Reject the item and sent back to hong kong so that we pay 100GBP shipping fee for that horrifying customer service

Ordered Sunday (Bank Holiday monday) and arrived Friday in Sydney Australia.

I recently purchased a pair of climbing shoes from these guys online that were the wrong fit. My emails were answered very promptly and they immediately sent out a replacement pair. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly so I would be happy to support this company in the future.

Fabulous

Despite the fact I returned 2 harnesses because I was disappointed with the fit, Banana Fingers kept going and my third choice was perfect.

The tracked postal service is also very handy; it tells you when the parcel is being delivered and I like the fact I can leave the parcel in a safe place.

You pay for returns, but the delivery is free over a certain amount.

The responses to inquiries were prompt either by email or a phone call to my office.

I would thoroughly recommend Banana Fingers to other climbers.
