As with any transition, hiccups happened, but Olga has been extremely helpful and responsive. She helped coordinate with our Payment Gateway Provider to make sure everything go properly and resolve any issues along the way. As a result of switching to BAMs, we save almost half of the monthly cost on credit card processing fee, which is well worth the efforts.

Olga (and Ben) made our transition from Paya/ SwipeSimple a "no brainer". While there's no such thing as a seamless transition, they were on top if the issues we encountered and got us and running quickly. I recommend BAMS to anyone considering resourcing their CC processing .

I own a truck management company by the name of passive trucking and for a while didn't even considering needing to process credit cards because of the industry I'm in but when customers and partners repeatedly asked if I could accept credit card payments I reached out to multiple merchant service providers but found the process to be tedious and difficult. That was until I found Ms. Dimens at Bam the process was simple and easy and now I'm able to accept credit card payments through a virtual terminal that is extremely easy to use. We've had a good experience with BAMS! They integrate with our POS, Lightspeed. Much better customer service than we had with Square and Punchey, our previous processor. Olga is quick to reply to questions! The support team on the tech side is also helpful.
