Zero customer support
Zero customer support. The giveaway should be that you simply email them. No online chat options, no online form option, nothing. Email an "info" email address, the same one used as From: when they send marketing emails. It's completely unmanaged as far as I can tell.
We need to process a returj/exchange and have been trying to reach someone for 2 weeks. As another said, it's terrible.
Total scam unless you get exactly what you want in the size you want in the first attempt.
Trash company.

Complete Scam of a Company. ZERO customer service
I placed two large orders. Sizing was completely wrong from what was listed on their website. Contacted customer service multiple times through their website, through their direct email, and on social media. Nobody will answer me or respond to me. I'd like to return my items, but at the very least exchange them for the correct size, but nobody will respond to my messages. Worst customer service and they don't even abide by their own return and exchange policy. Complete scam! Do not purchase from them!

Buyer Beware: customer service is nonexistent, so no requests or order issues will be resolved. Still waiting on a $100+ missing order, they’ve completely ghosted. There are way better companies with sustainable bamboo products to support.

Received the wrong items, got ignored when I contacted them three times
I ordered three things. Two were the wrong type of underwear, while the only one they got "right" had pen markings (?!) in it. Tried to contact them twice by email and once on Messenger for the last three weeks and got no reply.
What a shame to support a local company only to get poor customer service like that.

Get your bamboo bra from anybody but this company
The bra might be fine. But I needed to exchange it for a different size and the company would not work with me. So I am stuck with two bras and out the forty dollars. Maybe some people have better luck at picking the correct size the first time but don't support this company if you can help it and buy your bamboo bra from someone else.

I placed an order Nov 24 and still have yet to receive any correspondence besides order confirmation email. Nothing in regards to shipping or a tracking number.
I have emailed them for days with zero response as of yet. I have threatened to contact Visa to have the charge disputed if they do not respond within 48 hours so we will see if that lights under their ass.
Also no customer service number to contact is crap. If you are running a business you should have a phone number to contact customer service.
