Like others I ordered from them and received nothing. Their website for 5-6 months has pleaded that they are having troubles fulfilling orders from January/ February and has no way of getting in touch with them. If only you would let me give zero stars I would. AVOID!

Ordered in January, told it was on the way, then delayed by Coronavirus, then nothing at all from them for months. It’s now June. I had sympathy for a while, now I don’t.

Only one star as can't give zero. Ordered items in January. No communication and emails just bounce back. Have escalated with Paypal for a full refund. Bunch of scammers. AVOID

Ordered 2 panda money boxes mid January but still nothing. Tried to e mail but reply of server is not working. What a load of rubbish.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Still waiting for my order from 22 January on word from company they just rubbish.

Got an email from the company asking to leave a review. Okay, apart from the ridiculous delivery times. The products however were top notch and made up for the long wait.

I had to ask PayPal to intervene.Thankfully they reimbursed me fully.Also items I bought,were far cheaper elsewhere,I found out later.

Seems as if it is a scam. Ordered, paid and nothing supplied. Now have a refund from my bank.

I ordered a watch and panda coin money box as most people leaving reviews on here. Ordered mine on the 25/01/20. Emailed them on the 18/02/20 asking where my order was.
They replied almost immediately stating that they were experiencing a very high demand for the panda bear money box and to expect it 20 business days from order date.

It's now been 25 business days and I received my watch today, but no panda bear money box.

I don't think this company is trying to scam anyone out of their money, I just think that due to the massive impact the corona virus has had on Chinese manufacturing they have become overwhelmed and haven been able to fulfil the orders in the advertised time frame.

They have however let all their customers down by not being more pro-active in contacting us and letting us know what the worse case scenario is, and offering us a refund if we are unwilling to wait the adjusted time frame.

Better communication would have avoided so many bad reviews.
The watch looks great by the way, and feels strong and sturdy for something made out of bamboo, I'm sure my niece will love it.

Edit* Their website has now crashed or they took it down, either way I feel I may have been a bit too optimistic with my above review. 👎🏻

Don't order from this company, they take your money and dont deliver the goods, tried to get in touch by email several times but won't reply back my advice is stay clear.

I ordered one of the Panda Coin Money Boxes on 23 Jan 2020 & as of today I still have not received it. I emailed the company on 18 Feb 2020 and have received no response. I will give it a few more days and then get in touch with my bank to look into the matter and get a refund.

No response to multiple emails regarding the return of a faulty product. Avoid this company!

Total scam everybody, don't be conned. I ordered 2 of these, neither have arrived or been dispatched when I check their website.
Only contact option is email, they do not respond, have asked for full refund ... nothing...
I ordered mid January, for funny birthday gifts it is now end of February.
I'll be making complaint via PayPal next.

Ordered panda money box 4 weeks before my daughters birthday, 6 weeks later still not arrived. No response to emails, opened case with PayPal and now so called tracking they sent me has been removed. Absolute con and never recommend. Shut them down.

Never received the panda bank, opened a case with PayPal, they contacted the company who supplied a Royal Mail tracking number, I’ve just checked this number and it says something was delivered, only problem is the sorting office is near Birmingham, I live near Manchester, the company is a total scam

Same as some other customers order not received but money gone out of bank Paypal are on to it. No way will i recommend this company, bought off Amazon should have done it first time got it for half what they charged.

it's a scam. I ordered 25 days ago. they are not send anything and not replying email. I paid £16.49 and same product 9£ at amazon with free shipping.
