Ordered a few sock designs in black friday sales, which were good value.
A mix up with my order was spotted, and I was contacted by phone by a lovely chap, who explained what had happened. A new order was dispatched, along with a returns label for the incorrect item, including a handwritten note of apology and a free item for my trouble in sending the order back.
Really impressed.

a month ago i ordered socks from them to Israel and it was tracked and quick so a few days ago i ordered again assuming it will be tracked but NO.i paid 15 pounds and got no tracking!.i am still waiting for explanation.its absurd
Update:i have answerd the seller polite mail for feedback removal but it is not justified to pay, such a fee for untracked item that has more chance of getting lost when you think it is tracked

This review was left two days after the customer placed an order for delivery to Israel. The order was dispatched within one day of receipt using Royal Mail International Standard Service. The time scale for receipt of orders to Israel is usually 10-14 days but can sometimes take longer. The order was despatched in accordance with our delivery policy which is clearly visible on the product pages on the website. We were disappointed to receive this unfounded negative review and have politely asked the customer to remove.
Such a lovely company. Beautiful socks and warm, personal customer service. I ordered my in-laws some socks each for Christmas. They loved them so much that I decided to order them another pair each, as a little new years treat. One of the team even hand-wrote a little note on my behalf, to place in the parcel.
