I have ordered from Ballyrobert before, and they have always provided an excellent service. There is a wide range of plants, some unusual that you may not find elsewhere, and their site gives a lot of information about how and where to plant. The postage costs are exceptionally good value in comparison with most other sites, and when I had a slight hiccup with a mix-up of plants, they immediately sent out the correct plants, at no cost to me. 5 star service

What a great find! Amazing choice of perennials, delivered quick and carefully.

Great website, lots of information and a few laughs too.
All the plants I've purchased have been of excellent quality. And only one out of LOADS didn't make it after planting, refunded super quick.
Packaging is a revelation. Who new plastic bags, sticks and sticky tape could result in perfect delivery.
Great company that I can't recommend enough. Puts all other gardening sites in the shade, so to speak.

In June I ordered 2 x 0.5 litre pots of Astilbe 'Delft Lace', these were a wedding anniversary present for my husband. The plants arrived promptly, which was great as I had left it a bit late to order, they were in perfect condition and the packaging was impressive, not over packed but well packed. The plants themselves were strong and in very good condition. When planted out they settled in quickly and they grew to full size and flowered. I order most of my plants online and I think these were possibly the best packaged and amongst the best quality, I shall definitely be a returning customer. Thank You Ballyrobert Gardens for a very good service. Posting this review a it late - I've just remembered as I am tidying the garden for the winter!

Amazing service and top quality plants. I ordered 3 x Molinia caerulea subsp. arundinacea 'Transparent' in July last year and they have now grown into fantastic specimens. I have just received 3 x Deschampsia cespitosa 'Goldtau' which are also top quality young plants. Thanks to the team who grow such quality stock and provide such great customer service. Top quality young plants that arrive quickly, Highly recommended.

Another fabulous delivery from Ballyrobert. All the plants I've bought for them previously have grown away really well, and today my latest order arrived at warp speed - all beautifully packed (no plastic involved) and looking in great condition. Ordered an Astrantia Roma for an area of damp garden. Reasonable pricing and the plant arrived as advised in 3 days. Brilliant packaging and the plant was top quality. Small gift enclosed,which brought back happy memories from many years ago for my wife.

I ordered the 'New to Gardening' New Perennial style collection which removed any stress of deciding what to order. Plants received as promised within 3 working days with good advice from courier on delivery and they had been carefully packed to ensure they arrived intact. Pots labelled for identification and instructions on planting enclosed. First class service and I'm looking forward to seeing the garden grow.

Just got a delivery of fuschia bushes. They arrived up in Orkney just a few days after I ordered them, with no extra charge They're in excellent condition and had a helpful care note with them. Will definitely be ordering again

This is our third order from Ballyrobert Gardens, and it won’t be the last (I have to ration how often I look at the Ballyrobert website, it’s so tasty).
Really helpful information is provided for each plant. The plants are in fine form, and they arrive fresh and perky, in the most ingenious packaging ever.
What is not to like?

I ordered a couple of perennial plants. I was really impressed with how cheap the delivery cost was, how quickly they arrived and how well packed they both were. You could tell a lot of care had been taken. I also liked the "love heart" sweets that were included with the plants. A simple but nice touch that made me smile. Thank you.
