Great service and one of the best after sales team especially Tonya

The worst property development company you can encounter - do not buy a property from them. I have had a sewer smell in my apartment since I purchased it (8 years ago), logged complaints with Ballymore immediately and have continued to do so for 8 years. They still haven't fixed the issue and are telling me I can still live in it, sell it or rent it (in good faith) despite it smelling like a sewer.

Tonya and Lucy were super supportive during the process from the outset until completion, and even after! Thank you for have made my experience buying with Ballymore as great as it was!

Undoubtedly, Ballymore is one of the best property development groups—everyone dreams of living in one of their beautifully built apartments.
I would especially like to mention Ballymore’s incredible team. I faced significant challenges with my property purchase due to the recent loss of a family member, but the support I received from Rebbeca, Jack, and James made a world of difference.
The senior team at Ballymore is approachable, polite, and truly professional. Jack Wylie, in particular, has been incredibly supportive throughout the process—he’s a true gentleman. From start to completion, and even after the handover, the entire team has been nothing short of exceptional.

Really great experience buying our first property in UK from Ballymore at The Brentford Project. Tom, Emily and Tonya were very helpful every step of the way, taking extra time answering numerous questions we had a made every effort to make this process as smooth as possible. I want to highlight:
Tom Ustic from Ballymore sales team, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and patient person;
Stefan Baldazaraki from Chastertons, very honest, patient and helpful person.
The overall process took us 6 months, from the 1st viewing to the completion. We took our time to make the decision and weight alternatives. But everything from the Ballymore side was very quick and in timely manner.

The whole purchasing process has been very smooth, all staff members involved were professional, supportive and very swift to response. I am especially grateful to Tonya who has provided excellent support for our completion and has been very patient and considerate.

I had a great experience with Ballymore / Riverscape team, from the sales process to completion. Special shout to Lydia (Sales) and Tonya (completion team) who provided incredible support throughout and ensured all the little details were covered. Not only they were friendly but made me feel special and taken care of, making the whole process more enjoyable even during stressful times. I am very happy with my new home and the details and finishings are superb. Highly recommend!

Buying a house is a life changing milestone, and today we would not be holding the keys to our new family home if it weren't for the outstanding service of the Ballymore team.

Their team - represented by Jack, Tonya and Sammi - showed utmost experience, knowledge and empathy every step of the way. From understanding our needs, to going above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable with completing the purchase.

One example of that, is how Jack worked late hours, weekends and even on his personal holiday, to ensure we make it on time for the Stamp Duty change deadline, saving us considerable money, time, and difficulties.

Another example is how Sammi and Tonya took their time to explain with care every detail of the project from pitch to onboarding.

This ensured we get far more than a property, but more of a warm "welcome home" that made us feel safe every step of the way.

Dreadful company please tread carefully.
I could not complete one of Ballymores new developments and due to property being overpriced I am therefore in negative equity and lost money they do not offer compensation and becuase of their legally binded contract they get away with it

I recently completed my property purchase with Ballymore and the team had been absolutely fantastic from day 1 when I had registered interest in the development over a year prior to completion all the way down to handing over the keys and making sure all of my needs / questions / doubts were clarified. I would like to thank Lydia O, Jack Wylie and Tonya France who all helped me through the whole process in moving to my forever home!

Moving-in is smooth, felt warm and welcomed all the time. Huge thank you for Tania and Na for their kind support and home demonstration!

Once they have pocketed your money you turn into a non existent nothingness, a door matt to be ignored forever, but to which they offload their inflated service charge invoices twice a year. The End.

Absolutely amazing sales & completion team at Ballymore. While buying a house is arguably the most stressful experience in UK, it has been extremely smooth. AJ was extremely helpful and went above and beyond being a sales personal bringing expertise & full guidance on the entire process. Emily from completions team was also very welcoming and very attentive to moving in & handovers. Can’t wish for more, the flat we bought is amazing.

My experience with Ballymore was amazing and truly rewarding. I have to give a massive shoutout to Lydia O from the Sales Teams; she is an absolute treasure and deserves a promotion if I may say so! She went above and beyond to support with the myriad of hurdles imposed by my lender and also demonstrated deep knowledge of the buying process which was invaluable. I also want to acknowledge Emily from the Completion Team, who was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. Of course, the delivered flat was beautiful and premium value for money.

Pretty good experience buying a property from Ballymore. Thank you Jack for helping us out along the way and facilitating the completion of our purchase. At times it did feel quite rushed which wasn’t always great as first time buyers because we wanted some time to read through contracts and documents provided so, that could have been better. However, once the completion was done it was very smooth and the team were very welcoming. Special shout out to Emily Donoghue who was great in communicating with us from that point forward and was extremely welcoming and helpful in answering any questions we had during the home demo and otherwise. We really loved the added touch of gifts upon our arrival into the property as official owners.

The Completion Team were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Tonya has been constantly offering to help with anything and making sure of everything in place in a timely manner. Thank you so much for your great help! You’ve made my dream home come true!
