Had placed an order for a large number of bearings, however after several messages I was given a tracking number. It showed the package had never been passed to the courier. Now no answer to my messages at all. Seems I've been scammed!
Ordered my ball bearings left my number and email as requested after 3 days now still nothing no email confirmation. After emailing & phoning leaving two voicemails I finally recieved a unprofessional & rude email back. Still haven't recieved my order. DO NOT BUY MY ONLY ADVICE!!! Fraudster
Ordered 5100 7mm steel balls with the option to leave your mobile number for 6 bags of freebies.
So left my number and sent the order off.
Package arrived a few days later, I opened it and started counting all the steel balls to make sure I had 5100.
After an hour of counting I found myself 453 steel balls short of the 5100. I then opened the one bag of freebies to find a mixture of rusting steel balls.
I contacted Balls of Steel via email, I also left a phone message. Heard nothing for three days.
I then contacted him via WhatsApp and still nothing from him. I then posted a message on his FB site to which he responded, telling me he had expensive scales and I was not to believed. He then told me to send the steel balls back and he would refund me.
I could not do this as I had already used some for hunting and I would have been out of pocket yet again due to the postage cost. The lack of communication and unwillingness to believe I was telling the truth is shocking for a business person. Will not use this guy again and urge everyone to count what he sends as might not be what you are expecting.
