Great service, quick dispatch
I wasn't previously aware of Ballicom, they just came up in a search but really pleased with the service and price. I paid for next day delivery on the monitor, arrived promptly the next day.

Illegally refused to accept return of faulty monitor
I bought a new monitor from Ballicom expecting good efficient service. The box looked like it had been opened and resealed. When I plugged in the monitor, it was faulty. I immediately requested a return but Ballicom illegally fobbed me off saying I had to contact the manufacturer even though it was only delivered.
