I ran into some technical issues setting up the two eSIMs I purchased, and the team was extremely responsive via both WhatsApp and email. I was especially impressed that they replied to my email on a Sunday to help me get sorted. Highly recommended for their value and reliability!

Bit confusing setup, fast help service, now all in all good service
The setup with the required documents is a little tricky, not entirely straight forward, but manageable. I would wish this process with selfies with the EMEI and passport to be more easy.
But if anyone has problems with this setup, directly contact the help service online. My problems were solved quickly to my satisfaction.
Now everything is running without any problems.

Great Package and great support
The SIM was not working right from the start but the support was great after connection to the Hotel WLAN. It was solved in a few minutes and then i had no issues at all :) Good connection everywhere we went on Bali, even on Nusa Penida and co.

The service worked just great
The service worked just great in all regions we visited all over the whole time of our stay. (Munduk, Ubud, Lembongan, Uluwatu)
I did a little mistake during onboarding which I first recognized on Bali.
I got instant support and the issue was resolved within few hours. Just a great service.

Amazing service!
My group and I bought 4 e-sims when we were still in Italy and the service was incredible.
The staff is very helpful and kind, they answered all our questions via Whatsapp. As soon as we landed, our e-sim was active, and we had Internet connection everywhere (Telkomsel). The promotions they have are very convenient. Super recommended!
