Outstanding Customer Service Balfes Bikes.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the outstanding service I received from everyone at Balfe’s Gatwick.

What struck me immediately was what an amazing team you have. It is clear that everyone gets on well and works together seamlessly, creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that makes the whole customer experience a pleasure.

I would particularly like to single out Keith, who carried out my bike fit. He painstakingly adjusted my new bike until he had achieved the very best possible fit for both me and the bike. His attention to detail is second to none, and he spent far more time than many people would have done to ensure everything was exactly right. His knowledge, professionalism and commitment to getting things perfect were truly impressive.

I would also like to mention Steve. The shop was incredibly busy, with phones constantly ringing and customers needing assistance, yet he remained patient, cheerful and helpful throughout. He guided me through the 0% finance application process and helped me resolve several technical issues along the way. Despite juggling telephone calls and serving customers in store, nothing seemed too much trouble.

The excellent service I received from both Keith and Steve reflects very positively on the entire team. I cannot recommend Balfe’s Gatwick highly enough for its friendly, knowledgeable and customer-focused approach.

Thank you again. I will certainly be using Balfe’s for all my cycling needs in the future and will be recommending you to others.

Steve was extremely helpful and friendly with his advice about which bike I should get. It didn't feel like a hard sell, which was much appreciated and he definitely seemed to know what he was talking about. The guy in the workshop, whose name I can't remember unfortunately, was also really friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Efficient service by friendly staff

We have a great help from Ian Marks. He explains us well all about the bikes, helped to select one and make the right choice. The bike was delivered promptly and assembled well. They also gave us plenty of assistance before we took it away. All in all excellent.

Third cycle to work bike purchased through Balfes. There is a reason I use them - fantastic customer service and they have some great seasonal change offers on. Their in-store shops are full of knowledgeable people who are all passionate about cycling.

First time visit to the bike was fantastic. Truly helpful staff. Answered my question. And found the right bike. On my return to collect the bike a senior member of staff. Came across as unnecessary blunt and rude on multiple occasions. Not only towards me but to staff members working the shop floor. If I had this interaction when I bought the bike I wouldn't have bothered

It is a great shop (Gatwick), very happy with my bike and how it was built. Nothing negative except perhaps when I was given a date for collection no one seemed to know where my bike was, and by mistake it had been put on display for sale. Also, no one told me my new bike would be tubeless, no indication anywhere. Again, a couple of mistakes but overall it doesn't shadow my experience. The staff were friendly and approachable.
