Fantastic experience. Easy to order. Delivery information perfect. Quality of plants amazing. So happy. Will definitely order again.

I bought three fruit trees and two plants from Bakker. My order was delayed and the communication wasn’t great so I had to contact customer services to understand why my order hadn’t been sent out but they were always accessible and friendly.

The DPD tracking doesn’t update until the item is in the U.K. which added a little bit of concern but then it was delivered within one working day. Overall delivery took 2-3 working days.

We were pleasantly surprised by how good the plants and trees looked. The care that went into packing them was clearly evident and they have perfected how to pack them without causing any damage.

All in all it took 7 working days from order to delivery to the U.K. and am very pleased. Great customer service, plants packed well and look in great condition. Next test is to see how they grow! But will use Bakker again in the future.

Bakker were very responsive to my problem and deserved 5 stars. My problem was two plants that appeared to be dying, however, Bakker can only do things by defined modules/packages. The result was that the whole order was replaced including the floating polystyrene ring, which was unnecessary.
When it was delivered the contents were on their side - not upright. One plant had very yellow leaves and a second plant was completely crushed. However, they were different plants. I had chosen the original ones for their diversity of colour as advertised. I hope that the replaced plants have the same diversity.

Bought 4 hydrangeas Annabelle received my purchase in 4 days excellent. Plants were well protected and very healthy lots of new growth, all had information in pots on how to care for them. Lots of text on when delivery hour was due. Brilliant was not waiting around all day.

Fantastic experience with this company, the plants came really fresh. Would definitely be buying more. The box they came in was strong. I was a little concerned when I got a message saying they were waiting clearance from customs, But everything was absolutely fine. The pond plants were really fresh. Many thanks x

I would use this Company again.

First time buyer on Bakker website. So pleased. Very easy and clear to order. Delivery by DPD (uk) who sent two emails, one to say arriving the other to give time! Plants were in great condition, packaging good and recyclable (mainly heavy paper packets inside cardboard carton .. genius). They were healthy and ready to plant in hanging baskets. Probably will hang over almost immediately as plants were so big. Excellent service, plants and definitely value for money.

Still no movement on my order. Bakker replied to my previous complaint addressing it to Daniel; my name is not Daniel.
The tracking number reads ‘no tracking number available. Never order plants from this lot again. They charged a fortune for delivery; best to order from British company in future…..

My plants arrived well packaged (recyclable), healthy, on time and larger than expected. They were a much better price than my local garden center.

I wanted some aquatic plants of specific varieties, all of which I was able to find on the Bakker website. The plants arrived really quickly in very sturdy packaging. They were in very good condition, not easy to achieve given that they need to be in water! They were large and all clearly labelled. I was so pleased with the plants that I went back and ordered some more just for the garden. Looks like there are other useful garden accessories etc. to browse too. I will make Bakker my first port of call in future.
