Great gliders for kids. Easy to put together, fly well and sturdy. Fast delivery. Great service.

The order took a very long time to arrive. However when it eventually arrived the products were good. Order placed on 6th June. Did not arrive until 13th June. Request for review arrived before product delivered.

I order some masks for my daughter’s birthday party. I ordered them on the 20th May and the party was on the 2nd of June. It said postage would take 5-7 working days. They came after 14 days. My daughter’s party had come and gone. When I emailed 5 days before the party they said if they arrive after the party to just refuse to accept it from the courier as Baker Ross doesn’t have return labels. I wasn’t home when it was delivered, so now I have no idea how to get a refund. Pretty disappointing.

The Easter suncatchers are very good, but $14.95 for postage and 14 days for the item to arrive not good enough

I didn’t love the website and 2 days later receiving an email promoting WAREHOUSE OVERSTOCKED 60% OFF reinforces why. I didn’t receive a discount for my first order, that took multiple extra steps. I didn’t get the 15% Easter discount and the postage was considerable. After spending 20 minutes on the site and growing frustrated I cut my loss of discounts and checked out.

Have been waiting over 10 days for my delivery. The tracking numbers are not even right It was updated when parcel was sent then no more. Can't track because numbers are wrong

I've received different items in my order to what I was expecting, definitely things I would NOT have chosen! I don't know how this would have happened, given I clicked on the items I DID want to order. I now see that the order confirmation I was sent includes the unwanted items, not the ones I wanted. Now I am stuck with them. :-( Not happy, Not ordering again. Also NOT happy that I am being bombarded with emails of advertising!

Truely exceptional shipping. I was a bit skeptical that my goods would arrive to rural NSW in under a week and in time for back to school, but alas they did. Well done Bakker Ross, I shall be back for all my school goodies!

Just a thought

Shipping was much longer than quoted. Custom service was very average and nothing done to assist or rectify the issue.

I have ordered twice now from this company. My first order was great - the product was exactly what I expected and it arrived in a reasonable time.
My second order has still not arrived, over a month after making the order, and there is very little urgency from Baker Ross in chasing the delivery parnter to find out where my order is. Very disappointing customer service.

Fast delivery great great price great products, was my first time using them and I’ve re-ordered quality is great so incredibly happy

Shopping experience was great, products were unique and well priced. However shipping was very very expensive with limited options for delivery or pick up.

Your delivery turn around time sucked. Product arrived the day after it was needed. Waste of time and money with cost of delivery almost the same price as the toys ordered themselves. Disappointing experience all round and won’t be using you again!
