Awful service of the DB international service
Unfortunately, cannot put zero stars. Bought at this site the tickets (were sold at the same time - one operated by Deutsche bahn, second by Eurostar). After paying I found out that I have about 15 minutes for connection only. So, I asked if I can use some earlier train to have more time at the connection point. It was approved. Finally, they 1) cancelled two trains before mine, 2) my train arrived with 25 minutes delay (the second train already left the ststion), 3) after the call to their international service (1 had first class tickets) I received answer that they cannot do anything because the second train is operated by another carrier (but they sold these tickets!). They can only change the time of my departure to the next morning by it will cost be an additional fee. Hotel wasn't proposed. In the meantime I lose my paid hotel booking in the end point of this ticket. So, this trip will cost me too much. Will never use their services, for sure.

Got an email: "Travel schedule no longer possible". No other details, nothing!
What does that mean? 45 minutes in the waiting queue for a customer support call to find out...
No answer and still not sure how I will travel in just 5 days.
