I ordered a neopreen mat for a table on bags of love. It arrived over 5cm too long and over 1cm too wide. I contacted support and they told me this (and i quote) :

"We understand how important it is for the dimensions to match your requirements, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.

To explain, our gaming mats are made using a neoprene base, with a polyester fabric layer printed separately and then bonded on top. While the neoprene itself does not shrink, the printed fabric layer can experience slight shrinkage during the printing process.

To accommodate this, we allow a small margin during production before the material is cut and assembled. However, as this is a heat-based and material-dependent process, the level of shrinkage can vary slightly between batches, which can result in minor differences in the final dimensions.

This is what has led to the variation you’ve noticed in your mat"

They do not suggest to refund or reproduce a replacement with the right dimensions. 1-5cm isn't an acceptable margin in any industry in my experience. 5cm is absolutely ridiculous.

I was looking for a website where I can design and order a custom vase for a gift. I found Bags of love and it blew my expectations away. Great quality, intuitive and feature-full website where you can design and edit until the vase is perfect and relatively fast delivery, right on time for the holidays.

We received great assistance from the support team when with and without asking. We had one contact person, Bhavna, who gave updates about the production and shipping of our order. I designed a silk scarf with a very intricate design. The people from customer service really helped me during the designing process by checking to see if my print would be crisp and sharp.
The print is beautiful with vivid colors and a very sharp design. They've consistently responded very quickly and polite to my e-mails with in depth explanations as to why it's not possible to print on both sides. (This surprised me when delivered though it does state clearly in the productdetails that it's onesided. It's a bummer but because of the thin fabric very understandable. Maybe cool if in the future they make a double layered option so this is possible)

The bag I ordered with personalized design is gorgeous! And the service was quick and all my worries were taken care of. Very very pleased.

Ik heb een foto deken gekocht voor mijn man voor de kerst (beetje laat schrijven dat weet ik). Ik bestelde het op de NL website maar weet dat de bestelling uit Engeland moest komen. Ik bestelde het op 18 December (heel laat dus) en ik had hem 23 December binnen - zo hier was ik zooooo blij mee. De deken zag er geweldig uit, de fotos waren erg leuk en deken is erg warm. Mijn man was er zo blij mee. Geweldige winkel dit. Ik heb eerder bestellingen bij hun gedaan (vanuit Engeland) en ben altijd heel erg tevreden. Dank u Bags of Love voor de mooie cadeautjes dat jullie aanbidden.

I bought a photo blanket for my husband for Christmas (little late writing I know). I ordered it on the NL website but know that the order had to come from England. I ordered it on December 18 (very late) and it arrived on December 23 - so I was sooooo happy with this. The blanket looked great, the pictures were very nice and blanket is very warm. My husband was so happy with it. Great store this. I have placed orders with them before (from England) and I am always very satisfied. Thank you Bags of Love for a great service every time. A truly unique product, one of a kind, I am wearing my own artistic design thanks to this company. I was lucky to stumble upon BagsofLove on the internet. My enthusiasm and excitement were rewarded, even after having had to wait a few weeks longer due to the Covid crisis. Sales support via email gave me reassurance and confidence that this is a professional organisation!

Receiving my order of face masks was a bit disappointing, because the size did not fit very good. They were too small.
After an email I wrote to the company the service was excellent. They were very friendly and understanding, which eventually resulted in sending me new masks! Thanks, Joby!

Looking for a possibility to print my photo's on fabric, I was pleasantly surprised by the possibilities offered bij Bags of Love. The silk georgette scarf I ordered surpassed my expectations. It was easy to design and order on the website, delivered speedily, and of wonderful quality and finish. I will certainly come back for more!

I received beautiful photo mats, within a week of ordering. I was really pleasantly surprised about the beautiful result.

I ordered a silk sensation custom made shawl like the ones Allied pilots wore around their necks in World War Two. On it, a map of the country where they would fly over, was printed to help them escape after they had the bad luck to be shot down. On the Bags of Love website I ordered a single shawl with the map of my choice (the area where I live) with merrowed edges. It took just a few days to be delivered and it was just what I wanted with the map details in the same resulotion as on my digital scan. Not your average order for Bags of Love, I'd think, but they created just what I had in mind!
