I placed an order and had a question. I called 6 times with the order# and NEVWR got a return call back. So I tried an email 🤣 these guys are a joke! Scammers!

Bagger Bags are absolute TRASH. The quality of the product is like something you’d expect from overseas, actually I think overseas you’d get a better product then what these guys offer. The customer service also sucks as they were not willing to correct the mistakes they made. The fiber glass is flimsy and unfinished. A zero out of 10

I ordered a batwing which I was told would fit it didn't not even close I also paid for 6.5 polk speakers I received 5 inch boss speakers garbage didn't receive all of the mounting brackets they refused to take the batwing back and refund me my money and will not answer the phone or emails just ghosted me so now I'm stuck with it THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST SEND YOU WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE AND THE LOWEST QUALITY NIT WHAT YOU ARE TOLD ON PHONE PRIER TO ORDERING OR WHAT THEY ADVERTISE

I also placed an order from Australia Dec 11th and although the delivery would have been across the CHristmas period I gave them the benefit of the doubt, wrongly! I also tried to contact them to no avail, so I have received my money back through the bank as it is fraud. The problem is that this company is still going through FB and Insta. I reported on both of these but not received any response from them. Is there anything anybody could do? It seems they are based in Sheridan, WY but this could be just a PO box. Need to get this crowd shut down and prosecuted

Purchased duffel bag 8th December 2024 as of 14th Jan 2025 still nothing.
No response not "I'm sorry for the delay" nothing and I have sent multiple emails asking for an update. Have now involved my bank and pushing for fraud and to get my money back. As of 14th Jan 2025 I see their site no longer loads and says unavailable. Good.

Ordered bag a month ago no bag and no response I filed fraud claim with my credit card. Sadly this appears to be a very poorly run company or maybe a scam not sure

Scammed! Take the money and don't send the product!

Not even, they pretend to send the backpack and then stop responding after weeks! Never returned the money!

I ordered a Vrod muscle rear fender
Took them 2 and half months and that’s because I emailed that scumbag that I’m cancelling my order, next day he ships something really different no we’re near what I ordered everything about it was wrong! Looks and feels like 5 year old boy made it out wet paper and glue !!!!! I hired a layere !

Company is a rip off! Ordered fender and bags for an 06 heritage softail! The pics they show for the bags I ordered, are no where near what they sent! They even told me in an email that the ones pictured are an overlay fender that require hours of labor! So they admitted to sending me a different product than pictured! Said they sent me the replacement fender for my bike! No they didn’t! They told me I need to use spacers to fill in the inch gap between the fenders and rails! Don’t waste your time with them! There is no labor of love in their product!!

I ordered headlight on my CVO ,workmanship looks like a third grader did work > I have emailed and called , a pitiful company .Please don't order from them . SCAM 12-8-2023

What a TERRIBLE company to deal with, I placed an order on January 29th. It took forever to get it shipped but when they did they used UPS, although they knew UPS didn't ship to Box #'s they put that as my delivery address!!
Needless to say it wasn't delivered, UPS said they tried to contact me but never really did and proceeded to send it back to Bagger Bags, it was then lost.
I contacted Bagger Bags numerous times to have them open an investigation with UPS as they needed to open the inquiry as to where my product was...all that happened was an email saying my Order was closed on their end so they were done with me!!
It took me months of emails & Long Distance phone calls at my expense to get a resolution, in the end PayPal was able to get my refund 2 & 1/2 months later (April 11, 2023).
Bagger Bags has the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced...as long as they get their money is all they care about, I'd Never Ever recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Purchased, what was supposed to be trendsetter bags with a single cut out, for a Harley 14 and up. Was sent bags for a Honda and a dual cutout fender! Rip off, no refund no exchange, even though they screwed up!

Terrible products!!! The worst quality I've ever seen!! I bought a 6" down and out stretched rear end kit for my harley bagger. Parts aren't gel coated, they have a thin layer of white primer on the outside, rear fender has cracks and bags are all deformed looking!! I want to return for a refund but they won't respond!!! Terrible company and worse products!!

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!! Bought a bag kit for $1000. Bags, lids and back fender all unfinished fiberglass with holes, cracks, and noncompatible with each part. Lids will not fit bags. Fender has no straight lines and was advertised as whole fender but actually an overlay that would never fit. Non-gel coated. Received an email after over a month of leaving messages and emails. If you click box to purchase it states NO REFUNDS!!! in the small print.

Ordered a fairing for 400 dollars in March 2020, still have yet to receive anything they ghosted me after responding once

Let these crooks be a lesson to us all. I got scamed out of $350.00 headlight and got ghosted after multiple email attempts. I haven't had the bags fitted yet, so I'm sure I'm in for a real treat. Pathetic people.

This company does not deserve any stars!! Purchase spoilers for 79 Camaro they have no backings on them to bolt to the fenders. Emailed back in July never heard anything forgot about it. Called this December after Christmas 2022 a woman answered the phone told me that I had to email the problem and send photos still have not heard anything back tried calling getting the answer machine or goes right to music. Wish company ever do not purchase anything from them!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, read all the other reviews I got a terrible quality spoiler that was delivered damaged with a cracked on it , I’ve been emailing them repeatedly and also call them and even try pay pal resolution and nothing lost my hard earned money on a junk product that arrived damaged and they won’t even send label for return and have not received a refund I reported them to the better business b put it out there so nobody else gets scammed!!!
