Great customer service. Really good quality and selection of bags to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble. The lady who served us was delightful. It was so good to go into a shop and see the quality of the item rather than relying with online purchase. Will certainly be back.

One of the wheels of my 10 year old Samsonite case was broken and another was on the way out.
New wheels were sourced and replaced within the week.

I first went to Bagcraft when a supposedly high quality bag bought in London let me down back in the 1990s and, since then, whatever my luggage needs (even down to a wallet) - Bagcraft has found just the right thing.
They introduced me to the trusty Samsonite brand and I've never had any problem with that brand.
The best luggage shop I've known - and for 30 years, totally happy with my purchases and their service.
I once had a case wheel damaged by an airline: no problem, a quality case, sorted by Bagcraft and good as new after minor repair.

Brought a couple of Samsonite cases from Bagcraft in 2020. One of the hinge straps broke. But Bagcraft fixed immediately without any hassle at all, superb service, especially from Gary.

Had my 1st purchase, a suitcase, delivered today. From ordering online to delivery, Bagcraft couldn’t have made it any easier. Delivery was very fast, as was the packaging & the quality of the new case was excellent. I know where to go for any other bags/cases.

We have purchased many bags, suitcases, purses and briefcases from Bagcraft over the years. Always good quality and excellent service. We had reason to ask whether a suitcase was repairable that we purchased 15 years ago, it was , and they did free of charge. Now that is great after sales service!
