Quick delivery but packaging ridiculously big. Please improve, reuse and reduce sizing of packaging.

Purchased a badminton racket from the badmintonshoppe.se
Purchased a badminton racket from the site and the racket is not fit for single use. Machine Stringing sold got bad after the 1st use. When contacted with the support, they shared that it is not their responsibility. It is so pain to purchase a racket at 500 SEK with not possible to use it once.
