The customer service is the most outrageously incompetent and exhausting service I ever have had the misfortune of having to deal with.
I can not recommend purchasing anything from this company in case something might go wrong with your order. Other than that, the shipping was relatively quick and the checkout process is fine.
Very good customer service. Asked to cancel an order. This was confirmed within minutes and refunded very fast. New order now places for different items. Good and trustworthy store!
This first order was a success. Beautiful kimono featuring my favorite Van Gogh painting in a very soft and light fabric. Colors are bright, I'm delighted 😃
Prima product, precies zoals verwacht. Geleverd binnen een week na bestelling.
I ordered two items but didn't realize one was back order and i didn't want to wait any longer. The customer service was very helpful and let me cancel one item and send the other immediately. Following orders also delivered promptly.
Satisfied with the customer service, delivery speed and the products offered.
The product was exactly what I expected and delivered one day later already. So perfect
I received exactly what I wished. I ordered on Saturday and received them on Monday.
Wide choice of high quality products. Excellent customer service!
I recommend this site!
I ordered 2 x 6 guest towels (2 colors) and received indeed 6 guest towels of one color and 6 towels of the other…pppfff

Dear Yves,
Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by these unfortunate circumstances. We are very sorry to hear that you received towels instead of guest towels.
If possible, could you please send us some photos of the problem? We can then forward these to our supplier and warranty department to discuss the matter with them in order to find the best solution.
Once again, our apologies for these unfortunate circumstances. We look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Etrias Customerservice
Good quality, value for money is great. For this money the bath mat is good and the delivery was also quite fast (even though it was in december).
Great quality products and fast delivery. The website did not calculate the offered discount correctly. I had to try maybe 8 times before it was correct.
